I was trying to sell my mother's house when the inspection indicated concerns with the roof. A friend recommended I contact Thomas Jefferson Roofing (TJR). I called them Monday morning at 10:30 am. They had a report back to me by 4:00 pm that same day followed by a call.

Ben did an excellent job installing two Velux sun tunnels in our living room in 9 hours on a hot Saturday.

The whole experience went as you would want. Jesse came out gave me a quote I couldn't resist and 2 and a half weeks later he installed the new skyline and in an hour it was done.
Has not rained yet though.

I started with a quote in 2020 for a home insurance claim and they were able to get out and work with my schedule. I had to save up some money in order to do the repairs and then covid hit and then I moved about but we kept in touch and they were very helpful with what they did and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for roof repair.

Tim came out to give me a quote on some roofing and skylight concerns.
He was on time, very professional, straightforward, and had the quote to me the same day!

After hail damage, we shopped around for roof repairs, and Thomas Jefferson was the clear choice. From the start, they treated us with kindness and fairness. They said a repair would be fine and they would be happy to do it. However, they suggested after looking it over that a full replacement would likely be covered by insurance. They didn't try to upsell us or pressure us, just talked it out like you would with a friend. That first conversation was when we were certain this team was right for us!

Every step of the way, Tim and his team helped us figure out the best options. And they worked with our insurance company to make sure we were checking all of the boxes.

We recently had a major portion of our home's trim replaced by Thomas Jefferson Roofing & Remodeling (TJRR). In its totality, a superb job by consummate professionals, backed by a customer-focused front office--rare to find a team like this firing on all cylinders. We'll likely need to replace more trim next year and TJRR will be at the top of our list to call.

Thomas Jefferson did a great job rebuilding the porch and replacing siding on our 132+ year old home, and Scott, Tim, and Scott were nice to work with. Also, the two gentlemen who did most of the day-to-day work over the course of a week were conscientious and hard working. We're happy with having hired TJ, and will hire them for future projects.

I needed our 24 year old shed roof replaced--a small job, and one that I would not have expected to have much priority to a roofing company. But Scott showed up exactly on time to measure, photograph and estimate the job. He made several good recommendations that would improve the structure compared to the original roofing--none of which were expensive add-ons. After reviewing the quote and agreeing to a price, the job should be completed in the next 3 weeks using one of their in-house crews. I'll update this after the job is complete, but every indication from my experience so far is that everything will go smoothly and to my satisfaction.

Had two bathroom fans venting into the attic that needed to be routed through the roof. Chris came out and was professional and courteous. Many contractors we've had to our house have not been respectful of our home. Chris made sure to remove his shoes when walking from the exterior up to the second floor before climbing into the attic. Would use again.

Everyone was very professional and kept me informed during the whole process. My biggest pet peeve is not knowing what is going or getting phone calls returned. They never missed a beat. Roof looks great.

These TJ folks did a great job on a modest-sized roof repair, replaced rotted rafter, painting, etc. Sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable, estimate came in substantially lower than competitors, crew was efficient and professional. Would recommend.

Thomas Jefferson Roofing did a great job for us. For the first time since the house was built the bathroom fans are properly vented out the roof instead of into the attic. They installed drip flashing so now water does not run between the fascia and gutters. They brought the roof up to current code and it looks great! The owners are casual friends of ours and were the first ones we called. They did not disappoint!

Installed the Gutter Guard system after the company that installed the original gutter guards was unresponsive. Unbelievable communication from TJR. The responsiveness and communication was excellent. The workmanship, top notch. They even took photos of all the installed gutter guards so I could see the finished work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I found Thomas Jefferson Roofing through the Rain Drop Gutter Guards folks as one of their authorized installers in Central Indiana. I had been attempting to get my improperly installed (by another, now defunct company) gutters fixed or even replaced as well as have gutter guards installed for almost 2 full years. Apparently all of the gutter companies I could find locally have so much business they don't want any more. They either didn't bother to return calls, didn't show up for appointments, told me what I needed wasn't possible, or in one case actually gave a bid then failed to schedule the job or answer calls. When I contacted Thomas Jefferson there was none of the hedging and games I had become accustomed to. They gave me a straightforward bid and then did what no one else had done, they actually delivered the service they promised. Granted there were hiccups due to the pandemic but they figured it out and got the job done. I was impressed by not only the quality of the work but also the professionalism of the crew they sent out. Start to finish I would enthusiastically recommend Thomas Jefferson to any friends and family in need of a service they provide, in fact I already have. Kudos!
