While I can't comment on the quality of this company's work, I can say their professionalism and courtesy left much to be desired—I would rate them zero in this regard. They were assigned to my roof repair through my home warranty, and when I called to request an earlier appointment, they claimed they had availability but said the home warranty wouldn't allow them to come. After confirming with the warranty company, I tried reaching out to Jeff, but he repeatedly disconnected my calls and rudely instructed me not to contact him again. In the end, my home warranty company had to reassign the job to another contractor because of this company's lack of professionalism. It was disappointing to be kept waiting at home without any notice that the work couldn't be done. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience warranted one. Completely unprofessional!
Because I had too much on my plate, I decided to remove the gutter cleaning and have someone do it for me. Mills responded on a Thursday with a flat fee and offered to come out that Saturday. It turns out that Google Maps lied, and he was about five times as far away as it originally told him. He could have just canceled, but he came out and did the work for what he originally quoted. It's hard to find people who will do that.
Jeff came out when we had a roof leak after a particularly windy storm, found a quick solution, and then did a good job on our gutters which were full of gunk.
