Our roof and downspouts were damaged by hail. Anthony came out and inspected our roof, worked with the insurance company, and checked in several times during the installation. His team was professional and did an excellent job. After working with many contractors for many jobs, I can safely say Fidelity Exteriors was the best experience we have had.

We had our roof replaced by Fidelity Exteriors. Found them to be very professional. Good quality, fair price and good workmanship. Anthony is very prompt and responsive. Never seen a contractor who passionately wants to delight customers and won’t care about estimates and extra pricing for small requests. Anthony meant when he repeatedly said “I want you to be happy”. I literally experienced that. I know my roof will last for 50 years as guaranteed and I won’t need to hire them again, but I highly recommend them for your roof if you’re looking at easy and hassle free work with insurance with high quality and professionalism.

Tony and his company Fidelity Exteriors actually did my entire roof last summer. This year my breakfast nook started to leak. Without hesitation, Tony set my appointment up the very next day. Anthony was fantastic! We had him come to the house for a roof inspection. He found a good amount of hail damage on the roof. He walked us through the insurance claim process( even sat at the house with us while we called). He came to the house when the adjuster came just in case the adjuster had any questions for him. He made a special trip to the house to show us all the different roofing options available to us and walked us step by step through the entire process of removing the old roof and installing the new roof. They leave no stone unturned. We had them put new shutters on as well. The roof and shutters look amazing and the quality of the work is evident. I had several neighbors stop by and compliment on the work and to pick up one of Anthony's business cards. We are so happy to have found fidelity exteriors. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of exterior work.

Anthony was amazing! The whole process was so simple and streamlined. He came out and found hail damage to our roof, walked me through the entire process of filing an insurance claim, even did it with me, and answered any questions my insurance had! I had no idea that replacing my roof was so surprisingly affordable! He was in constant contact with me and my insurance, and was available to answer any questions I had. The roof went up in 1 day, he even replaced screens and helped us out with a siding issue we had (free of charge!). He was very detailed and professional and I appreciated his help as I knew nothing about the process. It was so easy and simple that I have referred him to 2 people thus far to hopefully help with their older roofing issues. You won't be disappointed!

We worked with Anthony who thoroughly inspected the exterior of our home and found hail damage on our roof and siding from a recent storm. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish with our insurance and mortgage company and answered all of our questions and concerns along the way.

He took the time to go over roof and siding options that may work best for our home and didn’t pressure us to make quick decisions. Working through a large home project like this can be confusing and uncomfortable but he made the process simple and easy to understand. Everything ran smoothly!
