Cooke’s Contracting built a custom 22’x26’ garage for us. I can’t commend them enough for how they handled the entire process. Communication was outstanding from start to finish – design, permitting, material ordering, scheduling, construction, billing, etc. The construction crews were polite, professional, respectful of our property, cleaned up after themselves each day, and most importantly, produced quality work. Dalton, Allison, and the rest of the team worked around material issues, last minute requests from me, weather, and any other issues that popped up to give us the garage we envisioned. It was a pleasure to work with the entire Cooke’s Contracting team. When in need of the type of work they do, I’ll will definitely reach out to them again.

We had a few estimates done for our recent home project and I can say without a doubt, we made the right choice using Cooke's Contracting. They replaced our siding, added faux stone to the foundation, tongue and grrove boards to finish off our porch ceiling, and replaced our doors. It came out better than I ever imagined and I am looking forward to having them come back as soon as we are ready to finish the rest of the house. They do not cut corners and truley value their craftsmanship. I cannot recommend them enough! They will be my go-to contractors for years to come!

The kitchen transformation is beyond incredible - from gutting it to creating a functional layout and even adding a charming laundry closet, every detail was handled with expertise. They also beautifully designed and installed a backyard privacy fence that's a true work of art. What truly sets them apart is their responsiveness to our evolving ideas throughout the process. The owner, Dalton, came to my house and gave me a complete estimate inspection and outlined exactly what they would be installing, and a booklet containing roofing samples. There was no pressure to buy at all. The estimate was in the next day and I chose them to do my roof. The crew they used was a very good one, polite and professional. They showed up at 0700, stripped off the two layers of shingle on the roof down to the bare wood. they then put down the underlayment and Ice shield and installed the new shingles. They covered my bushes and when they were done did a complete cleanup of my deck and around the house. The job looked marvelous! I could not be happier with their work. Mr. Cooke came back later in the afternoon to ensure I was happy with the work.

I would highly recommend Cooke’s Contracting! They have completed a bathroom renovation and a kitchen remodel for us, as well as some odd jobs (door replacement, deck repair, etc.). They are in the process of installing hardwood flooring for us now. We have been very happy with the results of each project and have enjoyed working with the whole team! They are friendly, professional, hard-working, and their attention to detail is excellent. They are always quick to answer questions and very helpful! They are experienced in a wide array of areas and are able to repair/renovate and solve issues for just about anything. Cooke's Contracting replaced damaged shingles on my roof and repaired drywall damaged by the leak caused by the damaged shingles. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. You can not tell there was ever damage to the roof or the ceiling.

After 2 attempts to get contractor through a home warranty company, got Cookes info from neighbor. Cookes responded quickly, arrived for initial review on time and completed an unusual roof job earlier than predicted. They are a very pleasant group to deal with.
