Recently We had Miller Construction Install new windows in our house in Ankeny Iowa. Scott is a true pleasure to work with. He is prompt, courteous ,and shows up when he says he will. Rare for a contractor these days somebody who actually offers customer service. From the first phone contact to the walk-through to the completion of the work they were great. The quality of workmanship was excellent. They completed the work on time and exceeded our expectations. We would hire Miller Construction again. Thanks Scott

Scott and Crew are great! We had some shingles blown off our roof. Scott was super quick to respond and he coordinated our repair to be completed within days of contacting him (the repair itself was completed in less then 1 hour).

At a time when all contractors in our area were swamped due to bids and work due to the derecho storm that hit our area, Miller Construction did all of the things one expects of a construction contractor, did them well, and exemplified it as part of their normal routine. I know they were just as busy as every other contractor and they were still able to show up on time, follow up with communication, perform the job at or above standards, and follow-through to ensure we were satisfied. These are all fair expectations of a contractor, but frankly hard to find sometimes.

We're as pleased as can be with the new roof they put on our home after the storm as well as the repair work they did on our front porch soffit, all done with fine attention to detail. I've heard other homeowners lament the roofing crews that left their yard a mess with debris and nails. When Miller Construction left our property you could hardly tell there was a crew here as they cleaned up after themselves as one might only hope.

The fact that Miller Construction not only delivered on all of our expectations, but exceeded them at a time when the other guys were just trying to keep their heads above water due to the influx of requests shows that they are stalwart professionals and dedicated to a job well done. This is the second time we have used Miller Construction for our home's needs. They put new siding on our last house before we sold it and did a great job. This time around we needed a new roof on our house and the garage needed soffit repairs siding repairs and new gutters. Scott kept me up to speed on my project and was even able to help me get some extra siding repaired on the house. They were by far the best priced and were the only company I spoke to that could do everything and still come in way under my maximum budget. Here in a few years I plan to use them again to replace my windows and put maintenance free siding on my house.

Very happy with all of the work I had completed this summer. Communication was prompt, work was done in a very timely manner and the finished product is a drastic improvement. The construction crew is very skilled and was able to offer suggestions to improve the repairs I was having done even more so than I had anticipated. Highly recommend!

The team was quick, couple of days of rain delayed them but when it was nice they were here working. Two days of work to complete. Love the new look, neighbor made a point to tell me she was jealous. I gave her Millers card.

They did a great job replacing the siding and gutters on my house. The house looks almost brand new again. Thier estimate was alot lower then others I got for the same job, and they didn't skimp on the quality of work at all. Overall I'm very pleased. They got the job done fast and it looks great.

we had new windows/doors, siding and gutters installed. the crews did excellent work and got done quickly. scott communicated very well who would be at our house and when. everything was cleaned up at the end and all we were left was a beautiful new exterior!

I just finished a contract w/Miller Siding etc. whereby they installed new siding, soffits, gutters and downspouts. They also put in a new patio door. Scott was very easy to work with, on time and professional, PLUS the price was right. Would definitely recommend them.

We have had Miller Construction work on our home twice. One of the things I like is that when they make an appointment, unlike a lot of contractors, they meet you an the agreed date and time. On both occasions the work has been great and for the agreed price. I recommend them.

We contacted Miller Construction when we found a woodpecker was drilling holes in our house. We were initially going to just replace a few boards, but the crew found many more moldy boards in the wood front of the house. They discussed it with us first before proceeding, and replaced the entire front that needed it, which was a much bigger project than we all intended (3 days work instead of a half day). What I was most impressed with was that even though there was much more work than we were initially quoted, what we ended up paying was substantially more reasonable than I thought it would be. Their work is very high quality and they were very affordable. We will be using this company again if we ever need siding or home work done.

Miller Construction Siding and Windows, LLC installed 13 new windows in my house in three days. Everyone involved from the estimate to the installation and payment were courteous, professional and very responsive. Everything was done quickly and they were great at communicating regularly and quickly. The windows are great and look amazing. Every time I see my neighbors across the street they comment on how great the house looks with the new windows.

I would recommend the company and plan to use it again myself, should the need arise.
