We recently got hit aggressively with hail and lost quite a few windows along with roofing and siding damage. Millard roofing has been wonderful with coming out, looking into the damage, and working on our behalf with insurance to get all of the issues fixed. I called Millard roofing first thing in the morning, and they indicated that they could have somebody out to inspect the roof for a possible water intrusion within an hour to two hours of my initial call. Just came out, was highly personable and inspected the roof and gave me a number of options before doing his part to get on a slippery roof for deeper inspection and even some mild remediation to help get things by without any charge. He communicated well and I will absolutely be using Millard roofing when and if a larger issue happens. Thank you Justin!

Millard Roofing did a great job. We had a minor leak in the roof and they sealed the exposed nail holes along the ridge of the roof and solved the problem! Very professional and nice.

Just had my roof and gutters replaced with Millard roofing. They were fairly expeditious and were great in maintaining communication throughout the process. We did have some issues with insurance pushing back on things. Cole went to bat for us against the insurance company and was successful. All I had to do was sit back and watch the email communications back and forth between the two and eat my popcorn.

My recommendation is to find another company.

My initial contact in 2018 after a hailstorm was very positive. Roof was fixed within just a few weeks. We also had siding and gutters replaced due to hail. First issue, we had issues during installation, there crew used 3in nails to put in siding, it hit plumbing. They did fix, but there first response was that it wasn't their issue. Only when the plumber pulled the pipe out of the wall and there was a nail hole and then we had a photo of the nail, they did step up and fix the issue. What is disappointing, the siding installed at both my house (and my neighbors) seems to not be as good as the quality installed by the hearthstone builder from 2005. Warping can be seen across the all sides. They also installed foam backing. I thought this would be good for insulation. However, now the fit of siding around windows and doors look off. Only when I had custom windows installed by Pella did the window get fixed. My sliding door replaced by MR, but an off the shelf Pella, leaked initially. The siding looks stuffed around the window, likely due to the 1/4 foam backing coming back to haunt me. Perhaps vinyl siding is just not a great product?

What is really interesting, my insurance company has stated if I use this company again, I would will likely be dropped. I had used them for 2 separate hail claims over 8 years. I wonder why the only reviews are positive? My neighbors experience was also not great.

With that said, the people have always been good to work with, my issues were with quality, installation. My insurance companies' issues are with their prices. But take that for what it is, they are an insurance company.

My insurance company denied my original claim for hail damage. Justin and his team advocated for me and were able to get my roof, windows, gutters, and siding all approved through my insurance company. They showed up on time and did an outstanding job!

I noticed a dark spot on my ceiling and thought I had a problem with my roof. Cole came out and looked at the ceiling, got up on the roof to look, and checked my attic. It turned out to be a ventilation issue and not the roof. Thank you Cole! It was a relief to know my roof was good.

We had noticed water leaking at our chimney and were looking for someone to come out and take a look at what the issue may be. We requested them to come out and get us a quote. From the start, Kim was highly communicative. She called to confirm what we needed and schedule an appointment. Upon our request, Kim notified us they would call the day before to confirm, and made good on that. She also called the day of when it was raining to reassure us that they would still be coming out even despite the rain. When they arrived, Cole was extremely kind, respectful, and, most importantly, personable. He got on the roof and found the issue quickly. He was kind to the family and even conversed with them for a minute. Overall, Millard Roofing gained a loyal customer.

Cole Bunner came out to do an inspection of my roof because of the June 26th hail storm. He did a thorough inspection alerting my attention to minor damage to my siding and a full review of the roof. I was pleased to hear that the roof did not need repair or replacement. (Its only 3 years old) He was very honest. He could have said I needed a new roof. My insurance agent recommended this company because he has other clients who were very happy with Millard Roofing. Went above and beyond to get storm damage at my house all taken care of. Taking the burden of the back and forth with the insurance company off my plate was a big timesaver.

We had amazing service with Millard roofing. They were extremely knowledgeable and had a smooth and efficient system to get our roof and gutters replaced in a timely manner. Our roof was done in one day and our gutters were the same. We have gotten so many compliments on what an efficient and good job was done on our roof. We would 10/10 use them again.

This is my second time using Millard roofing and I have been dealing with Justin alley. I would recommend these guys to any one. They are very good at what they do from dealing with insurance company’s to getting what ever is needing done to your home caused by storms. A major storm hit our area in June of 2022, we called Millard Roofing the next day. Cole was quick to respond. Upon a full house inspection, we learned that our house had sustained much more damage than we had initially thought. While at times, it felt drawn out, due to negotiations with our insurance company, we were never left without some form of communication from Millard roofing. The whole process felt practically stress free because Millard Roofing handled it all for us.
Once the repairs were approved, everything was set up for us. We always received a call asking to set up a time/date for measurements, bringing samples for our review, and scheduling each phase of the repairs necessary.
When the work started, ALL crews were professional and shown outstanding work ethic. They cleaned up each day and kept open communication on what would be next or if they needed to work at little extra to keep things on track. They were above and beyond what we expected, for example, the siding crew and window crew noticed that one of our dogs decided to bolt from our yard while they were working. They dropped everything to chase him down and bring him back home.

If you're in need of top-notch roofing services, look no further than Millard Roofing. Last year, we had the unfortunate experience of a leaking skylight and I was blown away by their unmatched dedication to customer
service. Justin from Millard showed up promptly for our appointment, meticulously inspected our roof, and discovered hail damage – a testament to their attention to detail.

However, the real challenge arose with our insurance company's estimate, which included a shocking denial letter despite our consistent premium payments. The denial cited policy language that demanded claims be filed within 1 year of the date of loss, a detail we were unaware of and dont' believe any layman could meet this obligation. Our insurance company did not inform us of any event that occurred at our home, so how would we know without a leak? It felt like we were being penalized for an unforeseen event that is covered under our policy. Even though we reported the damage when we found out about it our insurance company is claiming that it was 1 week too late.

Through this trying time, Millard Roofing was our pillar of support, encouraging us and affirming the legitimate damage to our property. They replaced our roof, skylight, and gutters with remarkable craftsmanship.
We are immensely grateful for their guidance and are now prepared to take our insurance provider to court.

Millard Roofing is a five star company that I highly recommend. After my home was hit hard by large hail, Justin was at my home to thoroughly assess the damage which he found needed a roof replacement. My insurance company was going to assess by drone pictures, to which Justin advised me to insist on a personal inspection. After a long wait with my insurance company, the claim was denied. Justin reassured me that he would keep working with them, which he did on my behalf, and eventually to my surprise after several months, my insurance approved the claim. The very next day that my insurance company notified Millard Roofing of the approval, a team was on my roof doing the replacement. The job was done exceptionally well and the clean up was perfect. Justin was at my house the next day to inspect the new roof. What I really appreciate about Millard Roofing was that they worked directly with my insurance company, and I did not have to. To be denied a claim after paying high insurance premiums for many years is very stressful. When I trusted Millard Roofing to see this process through, it removed the stress, and I was confident it would work out well. It certainly has, and I am so grateful to Millard Roofing.

They are good when you have a big project, but seem uninterested with small work. They replaced our roof, gutters, and downspouts after a hail storm and they made good money on the project. However, one of the downspouts they installed was measured wrong and it has created an erosional feature next to our house. I called and they sent someone to look at it. Then, I didn't hear back from them. Called back a few times and they haven't followed up since.

Like I said, good with big ticket projects, but not great with follow through.

Jim Eggers and the Millard Roofing Team took over a troubling situation with our Insurance Provider and repaired all of the storm damage on our Home. Their communication through out the entire process was also great! I would recommend them for any roof/gutter repair situation.
