It's not often I leave a review, because more times than not, I'm not satisfied and prefer not to complain. However, my experience with Rubicon Exteriors and Brandon Schroer was too superior not to let others know of the level of customer service and quality work they provided. They tore off and replaced a roof on our cabin and all while we were out of the country. He communicated via text on a few things they came across when they removed the old roof, sent pictures and explained there were some boards that needed replaced. Knowing that he understood we wanted it done right and to protect our beloved cabin, the final bill was a bit more than the estimate because of this, but we are confident in our choice and only wish all companies had this sort of work ethic. AND...they cleaned up after the completion and it was spotless! Job well done!!! Thank you!

Rubicon replaced our roof and siding (Hardy). They did a fabulous job. Brandon was easy to work with, always accessible, responsive and professional. The workers were pleasant and hard-working as well, kept us informed, asked questions and opinions when needs arose and did great work. The house feels more water-tight than ever. They replaced wood that had rotted and fixed several issues our original builders had done poorly. I highly recommend these guys.

Brandon has been fantastic to work with! The crew was very efficient, completed the job in one day, and cleaned up when they were finished.

Brandon came out on a cold windy day and reattached a large section of siding that the wind had blown loose. It was fixed in less than 30 minutes, even though the siding was not attached properly when originally installed. He also fixed a small area near the sliding door that was loose. He explained things clearly and also answered questions about when we might need to replace the siding with no pressure. This is the second time he has repaired siding for us and we would definitely recommend his company for any exterior work needed. We give them 5 stars.

Brandon and his team were so easy to work with and very professional. Back in August I had a piece of siding break off during a wind storm in Lincoln. Brandon came out right away to evaluate the damage and to get me quotes to fix it. Unfortunately, my siding was older and very costly to replace the one piece so I wasn’t able to afford to have it fixed at that time so I had to wait a few months. Brandon checked in with me a couple of times and when I reached back out to him when I was ready he was very quick to respond as well as come back to my house to pick out the new siding I wanted and to get a timeline established. He and his team were at my house the following week to remove the old siding and install the new siding. They did an amazing job and completed my house in one day (half of the house is brick). The siding looks amazing and I am so glad that I picked them to do the work. I will be using them in the future to put siding on my garage as well as doing my roof and gutters when that times comes. Thank you Brandon!!

Brandon Schroer of Rubicon Exteriors recently completed a roof repair and inspection for my mother, and she has been very pleased with the service. The call was prompted by a minor roof leak that had caused some water damage. Brandon quickly identified the problem, made the necessary repairs, and even took the initiative to clear leaves from the roof valleys and gutters—an unexpected but much-appreciated extra step.

Brandon was great to work with. He was out the same day to put a temp cover on where shingles had blown off the roof. Came back multiple times to inspect the roof after additional hail storms. Just very easy to work with and did a quality job.

Brandon was excellent! He came and gave us a quote in the morning and came and did the work in the afternoon! Very good work! Very fair price! ! From the very beginning, Brandon (Rubicon owner) was a great listener and problem-solver to my roofing and siding needs. He was very thorough and upfront with any potential challenges that may come up when working on my house (since it is an old house). Brandon, the owner of Rubicon is amazing! Friendly, easy to work with, explains everything. The workers that he has working with him are so efficient, friendly, & and one of them helped me carry my groceries that were in a cart up to my house! The roof looks wonderful, they moved the vents up in a better place to relieve the heat that hits our dormer. Took off an old Dish Satellite & disposed of it, cleaned up and the area looks great. Price is very fair for all the roof problems we have/had. Hire them and you will never regret it!

Brandon was great to work with! He got an estimate to us within hours and had the repairs (from a lightning strike) to our roof, fascia and soffit, completed within a couple weeks. Even though it was a small job, he put us towards the top of the list and made sure we were taken care of quickly. Thank you Brandon and Rubicon! Brandon Schroer and Rubicon did fantastic work on a recent job involving soffit, facia, gutters, and wrapping garage door frames. He showed incredible attention to detail, made sure he communicated all throughout the process, was gracious and flexible when our start date had to be adjusted, and generally treated the home through the lens of 'how I would want it done on my house.' We hired Rubicon to come fix multiple kickout flashings on our roof that were causing water damage. Brandon was able to come take a look right away, and then got back to us with a plan and a date to fix very promptly. He is very knowledgeable and has a keen eye for details to prevent further issues. He even found a few more issues while working and fixed those while he was at it. We always felt like we were in the loop with what was going on. Rubicon cleaned up perfectly when finished. Friendly, reliable, communicative, honest, skilled work. We had Rubicon roofing replace our roof yesterday and we’re extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, quality, and speed of the process! It is never fun to have to replace a roof, but we were well informed and treated so well! I have many flower beds and they were covered and protected well. The siding crew at Rubicon were SO friendly and professional! They replaced our siding (half the house) in less than two days! It looks outstanding and I would never have known they were here!

The gutter replacement took only a few hours despite our roof being SUPER tall! They were so quick, I couldn't believe it and the new gutters look so good and function SO much better!

We have needed our front siding replaced for quite some time and had got quotes from a couple other companies but just didn’t feel right about them. I saw that someone posted on Facebook about Rubicon and I contacted them. They got back to me in a short amount of time. There was no sales pitch or pressure to utilize their company. We dealt with the owner, Brandon, who is a very humble, down to earth, all-around great person! We appreciate the job well done by Brandon and his crew and their attention to detail and desire for quality and perfection. We will be utilizing Rubicon for future siding, roofing, and gutter needs! The Rubicon team was a blessing after a major storm hit our town. There were companies from far and wide that descended on the town and it was hard to identify the best option (and how to stay away from scam businesses). I am happy to say that this business is the real deal. They communicated well and promptly from the first day. They ended up replacing our roof and gutters while we were out of town and our friends reported that they were clean, efficient and professional. After a 90 mile an hour straight wind caused limbs to come down on my roof and porch, I was blessed to work with Brandon and his company to repair and replace all the damage. Brandon helped me navigate through all the insurance steps and he and his subcontractors did wonderful work. My house is a Craftsman bungalow and although new codes meant a few minor changes, my new porch, roof and gutters looks great! I appreciated Brandon’s experience and advice at each step of the way. I appreciated the great communication! I was informed anytime they would be on our property and what they planned to do while there. They assisted me problem-solving our need for better roof ventilation and came up with a viable and reasonable solution. I would highly recommend Rubicon Roofing & Exteriors, in part because of their thoroughness in clean up, timeliness in getting the roof, shingles, gutters and roof venting done quickly, and they repaired a screen on my shed as well!

Our neighbors camper caught on fire which burnt our siding on our garage. Brandon walked us through the whole process with insurance and made sure we got everything fixed and even navigated the process of material lead times and keeping us updated on when certain items could be in. They ended up siding the whole garage and installing 5 new windows and all of them look very nice. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any help you may need as they were nothing but very helpful and I will be calling them for any work I need done in the future.
