Awful customer service skills, kind of a jerk. Poor communication, does business through snail mail, DOES NOT take credit cards, DOES NOT mention not taking cards until most of the work is done. Cost 50% over estimate, doesn't mention it until done. Not 100% satisfied with work. Ultimately paid him just to make him go away. I learned a life lesson.
