He devoted a generous amount of time to inspect and explain the scope of work necessary to satisfy my specific customer needs. His attention to fine details makes it evident that he is not performing a generic sales pitch. Mike is fully transparent with project expectations, pricing, and who will perform the work. Accountability matters to Mike, his crew is pictured on the website. Many local construction companies have high employee turnover and will hire subcontractors without proper vetting, training, and oversight. He does not use high-pressure sales tactics and will not try to sell you something you do not need. His business approach is truly customer-oriented and makes for a pleasant experience.

I was so impressed with this business! Nick did a beautiful job of repairing the siding on the garage. I then, asked him to check my attic for leaks. My suspicions were correct. There was some water damage and he came back the next day and took care of everything. He was a true professional, and a knowledgeable young man. I would highly recommend this company, and will definitely use them again.

Great service. Had a small leak in my garage and Mike sent out Nick. Nick was able to find the same color shingles that a previous contractor said was not possible. Nick completed the work in the snow and cleaned up well given I have a dog.

Mike came out personally and did my estimate and was very professional. Needless to say, I hired his company to pour a new driveway and replace the garage door. I’m very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to hire him and his crew for my next project.I rarely give five star reviews but Mikes Construction deserves it.

Mike came out himself to give an estimate for my concrete project and provided a written quote, copy of his license and proof of insurance up front, things I didn’t get from the other 5 quotes I got. He was able to get his crew out the following week and was there the first day to make sure everything was set up correctly. His crew worked professionally and efficiently. I’m happy with how everything turned out and would reach out again for roofing or other needs.

Brand new siding and gutters on our home. Very pleased with all of the work that they did and the guys were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

I Had Mike's construction install a New roof on my home, turned out Great.
No issues for first 10yrs. Then had a wind storm blow off a couple shingles.
I called them up and they came out later that day, repaired the shingles and said have a Great Day and didn't charge me for repairs. That was outstanding service!
I called them back up a year later and had them build me a Shed (1 car garage)
Will have my Business for life!

I needed a new roof. I did a lot of research and got 6 quotes. I ended up going with Mike's construction , he was very professional from the start to the finish. So let me save you sometime and call Mike's first after you meet with him you will understand why Mike's has all 5 star ratings.

We got a refferal from a friend to use Mike's Construction. Mike and his crew were awesome! His quote was clear and he answered all our questions. He returned our phone calls and emails in a timely manner. He and his crew arrive at the time he said they would be at. They replaced all the rotten wood and did our flashing correctly ( it was done wrong by a previous company). The crew and him walked our property to make sure they had not missed any nails during cleanup. Would highly reccomend Mike's Construction!!!

Mike and his crew are some of the best we’ve worked with. We were interested in getting a new driveway, which required a large excavation to accommodate what we desired. Suffice it to say, they made our dream come true! It is truly everything we had hoped for. They offered great advice on all of our inquiries, were very responsive, and quick to complete the job without risking quality. It is a company that honestly cares about what you want and will do their best to make it happen. Couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend!

Mike's Construction installed our new roof and gutters and we could not be more happy! We highly recommend them for anything! We had such a great experience getting a new roof. Mike came to our house and discussed all our options and was there the day of removal/install of our new roof. They did an amazing job cleaning up! We've heard so many stories about how much garbage was left everywhere after getting a roof from friends that used other contractors. Luckily we did not have that happen to us, our yard was cleaned so thoroughly by Mike's team. The roof looks great and has done well through the first few storms and all indication is that will do well for years to come. Mike and his team lived up to the high standard you should expect. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for how much he said it would cost. Mike owns his own dumpster so you don't have to worry about it sitting in your driveway for days before or after the job is done; he brings it with him the day of and takes it with him when they are done.
His team is huge and full of guys that have been doing roofs for a long time. He does not you teams of random guys, you get the guys that have been with him for many years. This really ensures that you get a quality job.

Mike came to our house to give us a quote on redoing our roof. He was very polite and professional. They completely replaced our roof in one day and did an amazing job. His team worked so fast and did such a great job that two of our neighbors had him redo theirs as well! I would highly recommend Mike's Construction and will definitely be using them in the future!

I had put off getting my siding replaced and a new roof for a number of years. When it was finally time, I called around and got quotes from three different companies in the area. All three were recommended. First off, Mike's Construction was, by far, the most professional with the quoting process. He wasn't high pressure. Explained all of the different options. I went a little higher end because I wanted the extra warranty that came with it. The roofing was done first and I could not believe how this crew worked. Complete tear-off and re-decking. These guys were done by 3pm. And I didn't see a nail in sight afterwards. The siding was a few weeks later. House and garage done in two days. And, frankly, it looks great. I highly recommend this company.

So pleased with Mike and his outstanding crew! We were looking to get our garage sided and had two other companies give estimates however unable to get follow through. Mike came out and in two weeks job completed! His crew was fantastic and left nothing to clean up. Great job!

Mike put a new roof on my home. It was a great experience, no issues. Competitive pricing, licensed and insured. Prior to that, he fixed my chimney and replaced damaged shingles. All of our interactions have been amazing. His crew was excellent, clean, courteous, efficient and fast. The neighbors even remarked at how professional and respectful they were. Thank you for your prompt attention, I called your company, and you had a repair person out to my home in half an hour. And what a super job he did, he not only repaired and replaced the shingles blown off my roof but he went over my whole roof checking for other loose shingles, what a great job.
And the price was half of what I expected, I will certainly spread the word around of what fine workmanship they can expect when your people do the job.
I might add that I had contacted another company on the first of April, and nothing, not even a phone call on when they could come, and then I called your company and you came right out and did an excellent job, again, thank you.

we had a leak in our roof going into the bedroom. We called late in the afternoon, left a message on his VM. He called back within a half hour. I told him about the situation. Mike got ahold of one of his guys, Ryan, and had him come out in about an hours time and tarp it up for us to stop the leaking. Mike and Ryan were very professional. I would recommend this company for their roofing needs.

I recently hired Mike's Construction to replace my 20-year old roof. Not only did the crew show up when they said they would (7:30 a.m.), perform high quality work, and clean up after the job was done (about six hours later), but Mike himself was up on the roof working with, and supervising, his crew of guys. Mike's got a good personality for working with customers, his pricing is easy to understand, and there were no surprises on my job. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone in SE Michigan who is considering replacing their roof.

Mike handled a big job beautifully. It included new roof, new siding, new shutters new deck and trellis privacy fence, and new aggregate sidewalk around the side of the house around to the back deck. His men were really fast and thorough, and Mike was a perfectionist. I will use them again and again

MIke did a great job on my roof! I have a 1950's era bungalow in Royal Oak, that had three ! layers of shingles. The roof was a mess, and ice dams happened every winter. Mike and his crew were very thorough, professional and polite. He handled every detail, and my new roof is awesome. He used top quality materials, plenty of ice & water shield, and the gutters were re-routed to work better.

I shopped around, to the "big name" companies on TV (bad used car salemen) and other small time guys. I am very glad I chose Mike..
