Mike Watson - State Farm Insurance Agent

We recently switched our insurance to State Farm with Mike Watson. We were greeted by a friendly staff and assisted by Blakely Cobb. Blakely was not only helped with getting us set up with our new State Farm account he also contacted our previous insurance company and stayed on the line to help with the switch. It is great to have a local agent that knows the area, knows the impact of a local problems and takes time to get to know you and your needs. Bug thanks to Blakely for going the extra mile for us.

We love this office! We first started using State Farm in Melbourne, June of 2023 and it’s been nothing but positive interactions.
Brooke and Kohl have assisted us on homeowners policies, auto insurance, and life policies on multiple occasions! Anytime we have a question about adding insurance, they are quick to assist us.
Just this week, we decided to convert some of our term life policies to whole with of course, lots of questions.
Brooke and Kohl were able to answer all of our questions and assist us with what is best for our family.

Mike and his team are always incredibly helpful and friendly but what truly sets them apart was their willingness to go above and beyond when we recently needed assistance! Their customer service is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Best insurance prices here in Melbourne Arkansas and on-line.
About a month ago I broke down & had an agent Brooke on the phone with me to call tow truck. And she stayed on the phone with me until tow truck arrived, it was late @ night & scary. I really appreciate her, making me feel safe

I called and spoke with Trinity today, but I usually get Angie. They're both wonderful and do their job very well. I'm glad to see some people still willing to actually help their customers.

Sometimes I feel that State Farm has a stigma for having higher auto insurance quotes. I took a chance and reached out for an auto quote after being with a different agency 15+ years. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY could beat the automobile quote including the type of coverage that State Farm offered. ( I shopped around everywhere including online) I not only initially saved $50/mnth on my premium, but with the Drive Safe and Save program for me and my teenage son our premium just decreased another $19/mnth!!! Do yourself a favor and give them an opportunity to quote you. You have nothing to lose!

Morgan at the Melbourne branch has been the kindest person to deal with. She's courteous, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel as if she doesn't have time to talk to you even though I know she stays extremely busy. You get the full customer service experience from her.

I feel like Brooke went above and beyond her duty my Camper insurance was messed up I went in got it straight and then a few days later she called me and told me once again it was fixed and everything was on go. Thanks Brooke

I recently moved to Arkansas and needed to transfer my insurance locally to Melbourne. Tosha was a tremendous help and very professional, she made several calls for me to make it happen.
