I hired Mike to replace a comp roof with metal. He is quite proficient in his work. During the tear off it became apparent that the siding on the dormers had failed. As the scope of work expanded, Mike exceeded my expectations by guiding me through design choices. While I opted to pre-paint material, the weather changed. Mike returned in frigid temps to install & seal up exposed dormers before winter. That's commitment to your client! *Highly recommend Mike Scherer Construction.
Mike has done multiple projects for us and he’s our go to framer, roofer, sider, and carpenter. He also did a beautiful job pudging our exterior brick chimney to make it look like a modern concrete structure. To describe Mike in one word, he is integrity personified. He holds his promises and he has never let me down, and he does beautiful top quality custom work.
