I hired Mike to replace a comp roof with metal. He is quite proficient in his work. During the tear off it became apparent that the siding on the dormers had failed. As the scope of work expanded, Mike exceeded my expectations by guiding me through design choices. While I opted to pre-paint material, the weather changed.
