With our home addition we needed new copper gutters to be added to our existing gutters. It was extensive work and somewhat complicated to blend things in, and gain access to some difficult to reach areas. Ragan did an expert job, getting the job done in a timely manner in spite of frequent rainy days. The crew was very professional, considerate, and a pleasure to work with!!! We have returned to Ragan, over several past years, for our roofing and gutter needs.

I have dealt with Mike Ragan Roofing for more than 10 years. The roof they installed is in good condition and expected to last another 10-15 years. They made needed repairs a couple years ago to keep it in optimal condition. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Their workmen do first-class work, which is evidenced by the longevity of their product. On the basis of my more than 10-year relationship with the firm, I would recommend them without reservation.

Two good experiences a quarter century apart.
25 years ago I noticed loose shingles on house I was considering buying. Mike R inspected and said he would reattach them pro bono and call him in about 5 years when I would probably need a new roof. He was right on.
Recently discovered a leak in a different house. Andrew B inspected and told us we needed new flashing, but instead of submitting a bid said we should contact the roofing who installed and see if warranty would cover. As it turns out it does.
Again an example of this company’s ethical standards.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. I am extremely pleased with the job they did. I called Mike Ragan Roofing and they set up an appointment for an appraisal. Greg came out to my house looked at the roof. We talked about the materials they use and he explained the whole process to me in detail. He showed me some samples and I picked out what color I wanted. Greg went back to the office and by that evening he emailed me with an estimate. I printed the estimate and contract off, signed it, scanned it and emailed it back. The next week I had a new roof. It only took them one day to take the old roof off and put a new one on. It’s a better roof than the original roof was. It looks great and the clean up was so good you couldn’t even tell they had been there. I am extremely pleased. Several months later another storm came through and dropped a giant branch on our roof. Ragan Roofing was super quick to respond, offered to help tarp the damage until they could do a repair. It is rare in this current time to see such a strong work ethic as demonstrated by this roofing company. Our problem was a chronic constructional leaking area at the junction of two roof lines. Only through extreme persistence of their employee has this been corrected or greatly improved. A good company which believes in customer satisfaction.

They also replaced our roof after a hail storm. They did all the work with the insurance e company. They communicated through out the entire process, finished the work quickly and effectively, and did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend them for any roofing work.
