DO NOT USE THIS GUY…They (he) gave us a quote on the phone then came out to my house and stayed with the quote he gave us after looking at the job. Then Mike sent text messages saying that he under quoted himself for the job but that he was a man of his word. But would not do the job without more money. The night before he was supposed to come he sent messages pertaining to another job in Sebec. (Sorry to the sebec job, I can only imagine what you are going through) Twice. We had to call him to verify what he was talking about. He was yelling and very unprofessional during these calls claiming he lost out on money and was very upset. My husband had to calmly talk him down. And reiterated that this had nothing to do with us. We only stayed with him because we paid the deposit and needed the job done. He said he would be here around 10am but never showed up until 12:30ish. At one point he made the comment about doing it his way and not the customers way and that he had lost out on money because the homeowners didn’t want to pay him after he did the job. He cussed and showed frustration while he was working which made it very uncomfortable for us in our own home. They took several smoke breaks which prolonged the time it took to do the job. He used the brand new wood stove as a step stool and damaged the shield we purchased to go under the stove. He shimmed the stove to make it level and it is an eyesore. He did not angle the stove pipe which caused backdraft smoke to enter the house. He also got soot all over our door. Did not leave our house until almost 8pm. Spent the next morning trying to fix his mistakes to make it right. Very unprofessional demeanor alone would cause someone to NOT hire this guy along with his inept ability to do the job. The only reason he was paid the extra $200 over the quoted amount was to get him out of my house without incident, and yes there was fear he would have caused a scene if we didn’t pay him. This couple is phenomenal!!! I am so impressed because no job was too small for them. They helped me with menial work but will be hiring them again for the bigger projects I have in mind.

Mike was very friendly and professional. He got the entire job done in one day!! He even picked up after and made sure the place looked nice! I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you!

Mike is an incredibly dedicated and hard worker, he always comes and plows my driveway when I’m desperately in need and his work is always more than expected when done. I’d definitely recommend him to come and help you out when you’re in need!

We recently hired Mike for some work we desperately needed done in our home. He was very professional and impeccable on every detail. He kept us up to date and informed on all the work he was doing for us. He was thorough, courteous and efficient. Good honest handyman are hard to find but this is your guy. We highly recommend him and will be having him do more work soon.

Mike has done a fantastic job when ever he has worked for me. He has remodeled my home by puting in new windows, doors, floors, and metal roofing which he specialty in.He is very well educated in all that he does. Very neat and socialable.
