I wanted to take this opportunity to write a review for Mighty Dog Roofing. We called Mighty Dog Roofing as the inspection was free. Once we set the time and date the inspector called to let us know he was on his way and was on time. When he came out, he explained what he was going to do as part of the inspection. After inspecting the roof, he asked to go into the attic to complete his evaluation. Once he was done, he took his time to explain what he found and provided us with picture so we could make an informed decision.
We talked through the different options. We then made the decision to go with Mighty Dog Roofing. He explained the next steps. The process went quickly for us. They came out on a Monday and started work on Thursday of the same week. What stands out to us is that we were kept informed every step of the way. In our case we had to do a full roof replacement. The crew that worked on our roof were very polite and professional. We also like that there was an onsite supervisor present during the process that we could talk to if needed. The crew was efficient and did a great job with the cleanup. Once the job was complete, they came back to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. If you are looking for someone to replace or repair your roof, I highly recommend Mighty Dog Roofing.

The price was reasonable for installing a gutter system with cover on areas of my house previously without a gutter system.

I can't say enough good things about Mighty Dog. My homeowners insurance company insisted that I replace my roof, and I was terrified - of the cost, the trouble, and the unknowns. Chuck Stout put all those nerves to rest. He gave me a terrific price and a thorough explanation of the upcoming steps. I paid my deposit at their W. Cola. office, and the guys there were efficient and super friendly. The work was scheduled quickly, and the crew was prompt and through, including the clean-up process. Then, at the end of the job, when my insurance company decided to be a real pill with documentation, Chuck and the guys stuck with me via text and email until everything was perfectly resolved. They have my enthusiastic recommendation and gratitude.

Edit: changing my rating. The vinyl siding that was fixed on my house keeps coming out of place. Already had someone come to put it back last week and now it's out of place AGAIN. Wish someone would figure out why it keeps doing that and fix the issue rather than just putting it back and calling it a day. It's just a little frustrating spending your money to have things fixed and it isn't right.

Mighty Dog Roofing did a FABULOUS job for us in Santee SC. We were in need of a repair and re-build of just a portion of metal roof that had two skylights installed. Their sales lead Chuck Stout was VERY knowledgeable and gave us just want we wanted. During execution...after a bit of slow start due to personnel changes, our execution lead Alex made sure everything kept moving. After installation was complete, David returned to perform interior trim and operation of skylight blinds. David went above and beyond to go to a local hardware store to get trim molding for us, that he did not have on his truck. He did not leave until he was certain we were satisfied! We will use Mighty Dog Roofing again if and when necessary!

Wanted solar powered roof ventilator installed. Said they would be here at 9:30. Sent an estimator instead of an installer. Installer arrived about three hours later by himself (one person for a two man job). I provided ladder and helped him get fan up on roof. Nice fellow. He cut hole but then installed 12 inch fan off center to hole by about an inch. and a half. It's working ok now. But have not had rain to check for any leaks. Price was decent for the labor hours it took to do work.

Everyone I worked with was super responsive and quick to get the job done. Gutters look great and were customized based on my requirements.

Mighty Dog was efficient, effective, and really friendly! I had a roof leak that got really bad after all the rain, and I contacted Mighty Dog and they answered right away. They were able to come out the next day, and they fixed it the same day. It looks great, and you would never know that the damage had even occurred. Also, everyone was really nice, both the person I talked to on the phone and the people who came out to fix it. Overall, I was very happy with the great fix and service! I cannot endorse Mighty Dog Roofing under any circumstances. Should you challenge their work or express dissatisfaction, they respond with hostility and unprofessionalism. My spouse and I have experienced verbal abuse, including being yelled at and abruptly hung up on, when our preferences for home repairs were not aligned with theirs. The timeline for replacing a roof, vinyl siding, and a single window extended from June 2024 to April 2025. Furthermore, the crew they dispatched caused damage to other areas of our home during the repair process and lacked the expertise to restore it to its original condition. I will not utilize their services again nor will I recommend them to others.
