Called company to check flashing around my chimney due to leak. Was told it would be 500 to seal any spots on my roof and do regular maintenance. Service rep climbed on roof with a chaulk gun and did a few spots around the chimney only. Less than 10 mins and charged 500. Polite reps but price does not justify 10 mins of work if that.

Tore-off 2 asphalt shingle layers and installed new highest quality asphalt shingles that are 130mph wind rated and hail resistant 10sq in one day (2 straight runs). A good rain the following 2 days with no issues. Passed Roof Inspection. Workmanship is awesome and I should know as roofer myself for 12yrs when I was younger. Very professional and good communication. Highly recommend for a fantastic worry-free experience.
