Friends if your looking for a no hassle, fully transparent contractor look no further. Chris Tanner and mighty dog roofing should be your first call. I called 5 companies. Three didn’t fit my budget and one was asked to leave my house. I was tired and frustrated. Than however Chris Tanner showed up at my door and renewed my faith in the whole process. He told me not to worry that he was here to help. He was a great medium between myself and the insurance company. However the most important thing is that mighty dog roofing showed up when they said, did great work. Cleaned up afterwards and by the way their bid was really by far the best priced. I had extra money in my budget to upgrade on materials. So friends due yourselves a favor and call Chris Tanner first.

They did an amazing job! I had some beat up wooden trim around my house and windows, they took care of it all and I’m very pleased. We will be doing business with them again soon!!!

I’m very impressed with this roofing company! Chris was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was very honest about our situation as we do not need a new roof and provided an affordable recommendation on how to fix our problem. Mighty handled an exhausting amount of interaction with insurance, successfully got the funds, and handled the roofing like professionals. I have no reservations about recommending them.

After a hail storm went thru the area I called Mighty Dog Roofing to do an inspection. They determined there was damage to the roof, gutter helmets and downspouts. They suggested there was enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. The accompanied the insurance adjuster when he inspected the roof for damage. The insurance company approved a minimal claim of which MDR did not agree. They went back to the insurance three more times with additional data showing there was considerable more damage than the adjuster had reported. After the fourth submission by MDR the insurance company finally agreed to a full roof replacement, along with gutter helmets and downspouts. I was very impressed that MDR never gave up and they fought for me with my insurance company until an appropriate settlement was reached. I filed the original claim and MDR did the rest. I feel the reason I got a full roof replacement was because of MDR and their desire to make sure I, as their customer was treated fairly. I'm not sure any other roofing company would have stuck by me the way they did. Having said all that, once the settlement was reached they promptly contacted me to get started on the project. The project went very well, they showed up on time, they contacted me every time there was any issue no matter how small, the roofers were very careful to make sure landscaping around the house was protected and did a great job in cleaning up the site once they finished. They did a first rate job, the roof, gutter guards and downspouts look great. I am totally satisfied and would recommend MDR to anybody when is in need of roofing.

The installation crew corrected all the concerns l pointed out.
Liked the fact that Matt - project consultant - was all along monitoring the progress and updating me. A senior consultant also came by once and advised a solution.
It took 2 days longer than anticipated but it was not rushed. Thank you Matt.

Chris was timely, extremely thorough and very direct/honest during his assessment and quoting of my home & garage roof, ventilation and siding systems. He has a demonstrated depth and breadth of knowledge, especially with regard to ventilation systems which I've found to be a serious industry knowledge gap after my first roof replacement with another roofing contractor. He provided frank, no nonsense assessments with solutions available and ensured that all questions I had were answered comprehensively and was very transparent on estimated costs for work needing completion.

I sincerely wish I had known about Chris & Mighty Dog Roofing when I had my roof & gutters replaced; I would feel peace of mind had I known about and partnered with them for this work versus where I currently am at.

Mighty Dog replaced my roof and sided my house with vinyl. The result was very satisfying. Beyond the materials and the workmanship was the management of the project. In a word, outstanding. Customer satisfaction the stated goal. The extra mile was traveled in all facets of the undertaking to achieve that goal. If your expectations are reasonable, you will be hard pressed to work with a better external repair, replacement and renovation manager than Chris and his Mighty Dog team.

Worker was on time and Profesional. Initially, there was a problem with the repair however, it was quickly resolved and the repair was completed as requested. I would recommend this company.

Very honest quote and timely repair. Didn’t try to oversell work we didn’t need. I really appreciate their help repairing our siding which had bowed out and cracked in some places from another contractor’s job years ago.

When I had a roof vent damaged by the wind this spring, I called him out for a roof inspection and quote.
Not only did he do that on short notice, he also helped me out - nailing down my tarp over the hole in my roof with no charge, as well as adding a few nails where they had worked loose around the edging on my chimney.

The tarp has held through all the wind and rains that rolled through the last 10 days. His customer service is beyond amazing!

Chris was great to work with and he walked me through the entire process and kept me updated from start to finish.

Had reoccurring issues with leaks and temporary fixes proposed by a previous service provider. Mighty dog came to the rescue, took a look at our roof and gave eye opening diagnosis that was not mentioned at all from the previous service providers. Not only that they were quick to follow up and stay in touch finalizing project and fulfilling it well in time before the next rain. Will be working with them on my next roof/gutter needs. Hopefully not too soon tho

Chris never stopped working with our insurance company. Mighty Dog worked hard to complete our complete tear-off in one day. Everyone was professional and cleaned up every shingle, board, and water bottle. Chris was a very good communicator and so far so good.

Mighty Dog was the only company that was interested in doing a in-person inspection of my roof. The repair was done within two days at the quoted price, which was half of what some companies estimates were. I highly recommend Mighty Dog!

Solid Work! They came a day early to get the work done and they work diligently to completion over two days. The gutters look great now we are ready for the next rain.

Quoted a replacement roof and replacement of a few down spouts/gutters on a two story, 100+ year old home; out of all quotes sourced mighty dog was right in the middle. Chris was professional and quick to respond to my questions. His team came on time day of install and worked until after dark- actually finishing up on the 2nd day. I ended up needing additional work done beyond the quote with an area of flat roof, but additional cost was fair and quality of work was high. His team was good about cleaning up after the work was done and did a good job about protecting established plants around my home. Would definitely recommend mighty dog to anyone looking for a high quality roof replacement.
