This Review is long overdue, but Mike & Brady and the rest of the team at Midwest Seamless deserve props for a job well done. A couple years ago we hired Midwest Seamless to replace windows in our 100-year-old home, and they did a fantastic job. The crew was incredibly professional and worked quickly to finish the project in a timely manner. I must give an honorable mention to Nando the lead installer for the crew. One of the tasks they had was converting a window into a sliding door where we were building a deck off the back of the house. As mentioned, we have an old house with trim around interior windows and doorways that I assumed would be unmatchable. Nando and crew were able to replicate the trim in a manner that you cannot tell the difference at all. Since installing the windows we've seen a noticeable savings in our energy bills over the hottest stretches of summer and coldest stretches of winter. I highly recommend going with Mike, Brady and their team for your siding and window needs!

We had all the windows in our house replaced alongside a sliding door and bay window. Mike was so patient with us when we had to postpone longer for window installment. His crew was amazing and did a great job. Mike verified with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with their installment. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future to have our siding replaced.

Andre and James installed seamless gutters and downspouts on my new Clearly garage. Job looks great and they explained everything before starting, and when they were done had us look and approve the job they did! Great job! Everything was cleaned up when they left!!!! Very polite and professional!

Mike was very informative and reassuring to deal with. He laid out three options and explain to us the quality and the pricing for each option, which made it easier for us to make a decision. We needed to get some roofing done before they came to do the siding. He and Brady were extremely willing to work with us to make sure that happened. They both were very good about keeping us informed of what the next step would be. They came to the house three or four times during the installation to make sure things were going as we liked and if not, they made sure issues got taken care of. The transformation from old to new is awesome!

Midwest Seamless replaced all the windows on our home. Mike set expectations perfectly; no over-promise/under-deliver nonsense, and no surprise charges or upselling.

We worked with Mike and Fernando throughout the project; they were both very quick to answer any questions and address any concerns.

They weren't the lowest bid we got (nor anywhere close to the highest), but I would highly recommend them over some chain with a slick salesman that simply hires the cheapest local crew for the job.

Midwest has replaced six windows for us over the years including a large bay window. They just installed the last two and they look very nice! We are very happy with how they came out.

Very impressed with Midwest. Our new windows look amazing and they did a fantastic job on the aluminum trim! We will definitely be using them the next time we need new windows and doors.

I called to ask for a quote to replace an existing window. The window to be replaced is a five window bow style window. I was told that this company had no interest in replacing five windows because the job was just to small for them.

I hope they can find some apartment complex that need a lot of windows replaced. If five windows is to small, I wonder what would be the minimum and why there is no mention on the website of a minimum number of windows is required for a quote!

After researching several regional siding companies, I chose Midwest Seamless because Mike gave me an itemized list of what the job would involve, and an estimate that was $10,000 below the highest estimate I got (which was NOT itemized). I was re-siding the entire house plus replacing 5 windows.
The crew were honest to God craftsmen. Courteous and hardworking, Alex, Julian & Jonny (sp?) did an absolutely beautiful job. They also installed a porch light fixture, new house numbers, and a new mailbox at my request, and reinstalled the old awnings (and straightened them) so that they look new. All were consistent, honest, and easy to work with.
I really got my money’s worth with these guys, and then some. If I had to, (which I don’t anticipate needing to) I would call Midwest Seamless again. Hands down.

Called about replacing siding on house and two garages, owner did not want to deal with us at all, no estimate, just said he didn't want to deal with an insurance company even though he wouldn't have had to. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what, but the interaction was less than satisfying.

After talking with several window companies and researching windows on the market, I chose to hire Midwest Seamless Siding & Windows to update my house. The Softlite products are solid and I can tell they have made a big difference in heating and cooling my home. Last year Midwest replaced my sliding glass door, plus all the windows on the 2nd floor with Softlite triple pane. This year I hired them again to replace the windows on the main level. Mike is great to work with. He did a thorough job explaining the Softlite products, his pricing is fair and his customer service is top notch. Nando and installation team are fast and professional. The windows and the sliding glass door are sturdy, high quality and look great. No leaks, function smoothly and the double hung window style are super easy to clean. I would definitely recommend Midwest to anyone looking to get new windows for their home.

We used Midwest Seamless for a large siding, windows and gutter job at our home. We had old cedar siding that needed removed prior to installation. I can’t say it enough that Mike makes this siding experience The easiest process ever. He makes time for you when you have questions and guide you through this whole process with color schemes and demonstrations. Once I met Mike, and he was my last bid by the way, I knew he was the one even before he gave me a bid. I had the best experience with Mike, even though I had to wait because of Covid to get my siding but we kept in contact for nine months. I know I drove him crazy with al my color changes but he didn’t flinch. Nando and his siding crew deliver. Hard workers and easy to get along with. Just an amazing group to work with and A little secret, his bid was the least expensive but delivered the best product. I’m almost sad for this journey to end because I won’t be in contact with Mike now LOL. What a good guy.

I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Mike and Midwest Seamless truly warrants one! We contacted them right after the Derecho last August. From the first conversation to the very last detail when the job was finished, the communication and service was top notch! We received product information, samples and a detailed estimate within just a couple of weeks. Mike always answered our calls with any questions immediately! The best part though, is the finished project!! We could not ask for things to have turned out better! Despite weather delays, and more wind, the crew did a fabulous job! They were efficient, friendly & polite. They cleaned up after the job every day before they left. Any questions and even a couple of minor adjustments were answered and taken care of immediately. The siding is beautiful! In fact the house looks better than it did new 30 years ago! We would wholeheartedly recommend Midwest and can’t thank them enough!!

Wow!! This truly sums up our experience with Mike at Midwest Seamless Siding. In a business, myself, that depends a great deal on Customer service, Mike and Brady went above and beyond what I was expecting. Everything was done exactly the way they said it would and they also threw in some extras. It is so refreshing to see in this day that there are still companies out there that want what is best for the customer first and foremost. I will defiantly be calling them again on other projects.

We recently needed to get sliding doors for our home, Nando and his team came & had both sets of doors installed quickly & efficiently. Meanwhile cleaning up after themselves all the while. Mike and Brady are great to work with. Called and got a quote for new windows. Mike explained the different options on the windows and gave us an estimate. It all was within our budget and time frame. Mike kept us informed as to the progress. When the windows were installed the installers were on time and very professional. Midwest Seamless just completed installing new windows and siding on our home. Mike and his crew are a 1st class company all the way around from start to finish. There is no guess work involved. What he said they would do, was done, even went over and beyond. The crew pulled in at 9 o’clock in the morning and was leaving at 3 that afternoon, after installing 14 windows in our house, and I might add, everything cleaned up and all old windows hauled away. We had other companies give us a estimate, but what sold us was that it was Mike that came out and was involved from start to finish, not just a salesman working for a commission. We are already planning on have them put siding on the house next year. If you want quality, knowledgeable and reliable people, excellent products, and reliable services, then Mike and his crew are the ones to call.

Mike Maher was so easy to work with from start to finish of our project! He's a super, down to earth kind of guy and very easy to talk to. From the initial estimate to finished product, I had a great experience with Midwest Seamless. Sales staff was on time to conduct the estimate and within a few hours, my wife and I had endless options to chose from. We made our selections and the crew was out with our truncated time schedule to start their work. The crew was great, tore the old siding off on day 1 nearly had the house finished after day 2. What we liked the most is that they kept the worksite free of nails and debris and took pride in their work. Extremely happy with our 'new' house and can't wait to see how the added insulation performs during the winter months. Thanks again guys!

2 year update: Still going strong, was able to withstand the derecho as well as several hailstorms. Most recently, we had golf ball sized hail for approx 45 seconds, dented our vehicles but not the siding!

Midwest Seamless installed windows for us this week and what a great job they did. Mike came out and gave me a bid in May and gave me a couple options and I decided to have the windows all replaced. The crew was excellent and it only took a little over a day for the entire project. This company gets 5 star ratings for a reason. Let them give you a chance to earn your business. We met Mike and his son at the DM Home Show. We requested a quote and Mike contacted us within a week of the show. Even though we were unsure of doing a siding project this year, Mike was still willing to come out and give us an estimate.

After meeting Mike in our home, we decided to do the project on the spot. His quote was accurate and inclusive and he made sure we understood that no money would change hands until the project was complete and we were satisfied.

In the middle of the COVID outbreak, Mike and his teams were able to get to our project within 2-3 weeks. Once on site, the crew members worked non-stop except for a lunch break. They were courteous and very good at what they do. No complaints at all about workmanship or timeliness.

We bought new windows and they were installed last week. We love them. Randy did a great job installing them and cleaning up any mess made.

We had a deck built on the North, 2nd story side of our house. We hired Midwest seamless to come in and replace our dining room window with a beautiful Sliding Patio Door. We went with them because Midwest Seamless is the only company that carries "Soft-lite" windows and doors here in Iowa. We have a dog that needs out often and the door is working like brand new after 2 years later. We have dinner parties in front of this door and never feel the cold hard winters. I would recommend everyone (which I have) to use Midwest Seamless to protect their home! You won't be dissapointed!
