In May, my home sustained significant damage from a hail and wind storm. I filed an insurance claim and reached out to multiple contractors and roofing companies for estimates and bids. Despite some local roofing companies assuring me they could get my claim approved, none of them made my claim a priority or submitted sufficient documentation. Many of these companies also insisted on signing a contingency agreement, which I now realize can be a huge red flag—they’re often more interested in profit than providing quality service.I was fortunate enough to be referred to MidSouth Roofing and got in touch with Mr. John Morris. From the start, I made it clear that I didn’t want to sign any agreements and needed help proving the extent of the damage to my insurance company. Mr. Morris didn’t hesitate to assist. He conducted a thorough multi-inspection report documenting all the damages, including some areas I hadn’t even considered, such as my garage door, gutters, siding, and other structures. He didn’t charge a penny for this assistance, stating that he simply wanted to help, whether or not he secured the job. Thanks to his detailed report, my claim was approved for a full replacement. Even after the approval, Mr. Morris continued to advocate for me, ensuring that nothing was overlooked, including correcting an insurance miscalculation of $884 in roofing materials and the omission of the ice and water barrier. Mr. Morris is not only an exceptional contractor but a remarkable individual. His crew’s craftsmanship is outstanding. They arrived promptly at 6:30 a.m. and worked efficiently, completing the project in just a few hours. I was referred to John at midsouth roofing after our house received damage from a hail storm earlier this year. After the insurance company wrote an estimate I contacted John. He gave us a quote to replace our roof, replace some damages gutters, and replace the siding on one side of our house. Once the materials were ordered within a couple weeks John called and said they'd be there on the following Monday morning. By 5pm on Monday the roof replacement was done. They were careful not to damage our lawn or landscaping and cleaned up after the job. John was very thorough and knowledgable when explaining the entire process from start to finish and answered all my questions. John also made arrangements to replace our gutters and siding. These repairs were made the following week after the roof replacement. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and our house looks better than ever now. I would recommend John Morris at Midsouth Roofers for anyone in the area needing exterior home repairs.

I cannot recommend MidSouth Roof Consultants enough! They replaced our roof in 2022 due to hail damage; super quick and well done. John made the whole process so easy. We recently needed repairs done on our turbines; nothing due to quality of work. I called John on Monday and he came out on Wednesday and made the repairs. What a great company! Even though it poured rain, their crew was able to tear off and replace the roof in 5 1/2 hours. They blew the gutters out and also painted the pipes brown to match the roof!!!

Awesome! I received an immediate response to my call. John made an appointment for the next morning to inspect my roof.
He arrived on time and was courteous, thoughtful and professional. He thoroughly inspected my roof and discovered a tile that was raised. He repaired the tile and would not allow me to pay him in spite of his trip, inspection time and the repair. He said the roof was getting old and keep watch for any future problems. I will definitely have my roof replaced by them when the time comes.
