I just went to Midnight Tinting Kona for the first time thanks to a recommendation from a friend of mine who's used them in the past and though I was skeptical at first I went in and trusted them on it. Alex did such a wonderful job Ceramic coating and detailing our new car. We took our old car to be detailed before we sold it at a premium. It sold to the first person of the 10 looking at it.

When I got my new Tesla Model Y, I knew who to turn to, Midnight Tint. Brett had previously done my wife’s RAV4 and the tint has been great. I heard Tesla paint is prone to chips, so I had Brett do full PPF front and doors, in addition to tint. Brett is a true artist, a single piece of PPF covering the front bumper, taking care to remove the emblems and trim for a factory finish look! The PPF has a ceramic coating built in for easy washes and a better then paint glossy look. The tint works great beating the heat and sets the car off, I kept telling him this is how the cars should come from the factory. He worked with my schedule driving from Puna and got everything done in one day, all perfect! I’ll be back with both cars for ceramic.

Just had Midnight Tint install the 3M Ceramic IR tint on our 2017 Audi A4. This is an affordable yet high quality tint that is able to reject heat/infrared without being too dark. I like the 35% (visible light transmission) tint because it 100% legal in Hawaii and not too dark at night. Brett is a master at window tint, vehicle wraps and paint protection with over 20 years experience in the industry and a true love for the Big Island of Hawaii, which is why Midnight Tint of Kona is now a reality with a new shop just north of Teshima's and the Daifukuji temple. I've known Brett personally for over 8 years so I can fully vouch for his character and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. You won't get a high-pressure sales pitch and you'll never get that high maka maka attitude. I got my brand new Car and wanna tint the window right away, I try to call other Window tint Company but, they Scheduling me almost 2 to 3 weeks so, I try Midnight Tint and try it and Schedule me when ever my available time.
Brett, did my all window (Ceramic film, pricey but recommend if you wanna block the heat and UV rays in your car) included front windshield with the black strip with timely manner. With satisfying result. Like the result of my tint window.
And he said if you have any problem with the window tint just call him.

The first 3 Pictures. Is before I got my Car (without tint) and the 5 Pictures. Is After the Ceramic window film install . And the last picture he put on all door switch the Sticker to remind me not to roll down the window after Cure.

This was a great experience and service! Highly recommend Midnight for a job well done. The PPF wrap came out perfectly with a ceramic coating, tinted windows came out flawless, you could barely notice the tint line on the edge of glass. He explained everything on care and recommendations. Walked around the car to explain any imperfections due to car manufacture that was more prevalent with PPF, not due to his work. He wanted everything to be perfect and could not be more satisfied. I highly recommend and will bring my future Tesla’s to midnight or any car that you cherish!
