The entire crew at Midland Truss were a dream to work with! Starting with Clint who put up will all of my questions and design changes, to Sjane who managed the schedule to perfection finally to Michelle who made sure the delivery was perfectly scheduled and executed!!! Will never go anywhere else!!!

We would highly recommend Midland Truss. From the first meeting with them, when we discussed our goals and wants for our home build, they were very pleasant and easy to work with. Sean listened intently to what we wanted and spent a lot of time with us. Shane was efficient in scheduling our delivery and the entire delivery was very smooth and easy. We noticed a slight error in a couple of truss measurements once we began putting our trusses up and they had top notch customer service. Steve responded quickly and the company immediately resolved our issue, no questions asked. It is clear that this company cares about their customers. They followed up with us a number of times, confirming satisfaction. They are wonderful and easy to communicate with. Everybody at Midland Truss is very professional. We enjoyed working with Sean, Steve and Sjane and Michelle.

I found Midland Truss through a spec builder that uses them. A local Lexington based truss company couldn’t even return my email. The staff at Midland Truss is so nice and professional. They assisted me in providing the exact trusses used in the AHP house I was repairing due to a tree fall. I was in a time crunch just before Christmas and they went above and beyond to produce my trusses in a timely manner. Big shout out to Michelle for being an absolute sweetheart to deal with. I won’t use any other company from now on.

Midlands truss is the best truss plant by far. Their drivers are willing courteous and very respectable I would highly recommend Midlands truss. I give them 10 stars all the way across the board .Kevin perform the impossible he took some 13 ft tall truss thru a 12 ft gate. And down the driveway that I thought that it was impossible he made the impossible possible thank you Midlands truss.

I received excellent customer service. I'm in the service business and it really means everything! I checked around and received quotes from other businesses. A few were slightly lower but they lacked good service. If you're one that desires excellent customer service along with a wonderful product, please use Midland Truss!
