I highly recommend these people for any renovation you may need. Randy and Rita were great to work with. They and their crew did excellent jobs of remodeling our bathroom. They do what they say they will do and they will answer or return all phone calls. They will itemize your estimate and stick with it. NO BALLPARK FIGURES. You will not be disappointed.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Mid TN Renovations. The professionalism is top tier. From the first conversation I had with Rita about my vision to when Randy and his crew coming out to execute my dream. I absolutely love my new bathroom and kitchen and just booked for them to build a deck around my pool and bar area. This company is most definitely 1 of 1!

We LOVE our new/old HOME and we LOVE Mid Tn Renovations AND we LOVE Randy and Rita!!! The crew was fantastic, they were professional and timely! They were always open to discussion and changes to the project and upfront and honest!

All I have to say is, wow!! Mid TN Renovations came today and put in a concrete slab at my house, and holy cow it looks awesome. They worked hard all day, even while waiting on concrete. That impressed me. But then, the kicker: after they left, they called me to inform me it was going to rain tomorrow, and that they were swinging back over to cover the concrete with a tarp. I mean seriously, what other company do you know that would have done that?? They truly care about their customers and you are not just another job. That is what sets them apart from those big companies. If you need work done and want to be treated right, call Mid TN Renovations. I’m already planning to have them back for more work in the future. They are absolutely the BEST! They did my bathroom flooring and kitchen countertops, built my pool deck and next they are fixing to fix my roof and ceiling from water damage. I wouldn’t have anyone else.

Randy and his crew came out and remodeled our living room and kitchen making it an open floor plan. They came up with different ideas and we just ran with it. The crew was friendly and on time everyday..Their work ethics speaks volumes. We are very pleased with how everything turned out. We are looking forward to them coming out and remodeling our bathroom soon.

Highly recommend Mid TN Renovations! We recently did a concrete slab for them and it went very smooth. Randy is very professional, communicative, and prompt. We knew exactly what was going on from beginning to end. Having the owner involved was a huge bonus.

Remodeled my bathroom took out my old garden tub and installed a walk in shower, new tile on the floors, painted the walls and refurbished the sink cabinets.

Best of the Best all around company. I cannot say enough good things about them. They renovated an attic space into an amazing bedroom, bedroom, office, and mini spare bedroom - loft style studio. They kept with the style of my home (which is a true old farmhouse) while also using modern aesthetics that added design and detail to the space. They knew just what to do to make it all come together. Highly Professional - if they tell you they are going to do something they do it. If they tell you they are going to be there, they are there. Every person that works for this company is both HARDWORKING and TRUSTWORTHY. You can feel at ease with them being in your home and they are respectful. We are so happy with the work this crew did on our master bathroom from start to finish.After another company had "ghosted" us after they tore the bathroom up from a shower leak, we found Mid Tennessee Renovations.The owner Randy responded right away, with a reasonable bid.He fit us in a very busy work schedule, we waited about a month and a half , but the wait was worth it.The crew was professional, polite, always on time, cleaned up everyday after they were done. If we need more work to be done around our house, we will definitely be using Mid TN Renovations.

We recently had a pipe burst during the recent cold freeze blast. Randy was able to make it out and get us taken care of when others couldn't. Since they were a full-service renovations company, he also did a fantastic job of drying everything out and repairing the drywall as well. You can't even tell anything happened (except for the new frost-free outside faucet they also installed!) I highly recommend them for any home repairs you may need.

We brought Mid TN Renovations in on a total tear down and remodel of our 2 story covered back deck, interior wall removal, staircase renovation and other cosmetic finishes in the main living area of our home. WOW. From the first meeting with Randy and his wife, to the final walk through was nothing short of professional, genuine and you could feel how proud he was of their work. Rightfully so! Their framing crew was efficient, detailed and respectful. Their interior and finishing crew treated my home with respect. I would have any one of those team members back to my house again for more projects.

Our projects were completed over the holidays and into the New Year and they made it possible for us to still have family over and celebrate as if nothing was going on. They were quiet and clean and followed through on all promises.

The only thing I wish I could have changed was waiting to be on their schedule. It isn't even a negative mark against them because contractors this good SHOULD stay busy with work.

Mid TN Renovations are awesome! We could not have been more pleased. Their workmanship is above par. Any issues that arise they immediately contact you so that you can approve anything extra that needs to be done. They completely clean up after the job is completed! We had the best experience with Mid TN renovations! We bought a house where the previous owners did a lot of (bad) DIY. Mid TN renovations came in and stripped our bathroom down to the studs and gave us a beautiful bathroom perfect for our growing family. Not only is the work fantastic, Randy and his team are extremely considerate and friendly. I was at my home a lot of days during the project with a newborn and I barely knew they were there. They were here everyday when they said they would be, too! We will absolutely be using them for future projects!
