I’m in Aurora and on my ring cam you can see the garbage guys throw my garbage barrel down the road not even close to my house and it blows right away 5 houses down. Have been a customer for years, they have great customer service, and affordable. It might be garbage but it is most definitely a service that I will never take for granted, and always appreciate.

I work with woodworking projects in the garage and I called and asked them not to take the barrels. I have saw dust small wood etc. They dumped them but not taking them. I really appreciate that. The small things add up. Thank you very much!!!

Great company, reliable service and they're able to assist with large items when needed. Customer for 7+ years, super convenenient with auto pay, workers that service my area are super helpful and have come back around when I forgot to put out the trash. Really appreciated that!!

Appreciate your guys coming in all weather!! When we call and need big items removed it's a quick payment and the items are picked up next trash day. Always friendly and courteous.

Several times (going on 10 now) within a 2 year time span they’ve decided whether or not they wanted to pick up my trash. I pay for weekly pick up. At least on one occasion they decided to pick up some of the trash and leave the rest. Unreliable service. I’ve spoke to the manager, and he wasn’t much help either.

They're okay i guess. The drivers in my area are pretty lazy though, weekly i bring my cans back from off the road when thats not where they are set out. Old garden hoses must not be accepted either for some reason because neither worker could reach down and throw it in the back of the truck....i mean really fellas? Do better.

We have been customers of this for over 5 years. We live in the country so only get garbage pickup once a month. The past four months we have been skipped and missed three times. The company has been very responsive so I tend to think it is more of the crew that is working on our route rather than the company that is at fault. We have been skipped on cold Icy days we have been skipped on the very windy days and I think if it's difficult they would rather skip us than get us. As a result we are changing companies. We're paying twice as much for once a month pickup but we are getting a dumpster rather than the single small unit that was delivered before. I have watched This Crew sit in my yard two separate times for over 15 minutes without getting out of the truck to pick up my garbage only to leave it there. If I owned this company I think it would fire This Crew. However I think that it's so hard to get help they will use anyone they can get their hands on. At the current time I still have their garbage can at my address. They pulled through one day and looked at it and then left it. Unbelievably bad. I would not recommend this service to anyone if you get this crew.

Now to the good stuff. Wanted to close out my account but needed to go in-person for that. BUT THEIR ONE OFFICE HAS BEEN CLOSED. What in the world. When will you guy's be back in your office cause I tried over the phone and the lady said I gotta come in. This is crazy I am in another town, thank God I'm an hour away.

I have never used the actual service, but I was driving on the interstate and one of the truck drivers was driving very recklessly during heavy rain. Just really unprofessional, dangerous for a large vehicle/others around him, and was a poor representation of the company. I definitely did not feel safe, and did not feel like he cared too much about the dangers of reckless driving during unfavorable weather.

I have had there services for decades and they are GREAT!! Very reliable!! Also Always accommodating any special needs and the staff when you call and those on the route are very kind!!

Been using you guys for over 30 years, need one time pick up of 4 garbage cans - simple- just need them to pick up one time pick up before new renters come and we refer them to you guys as usual, but presently no we don't have service, and the answer is no we can't do that.... only 2 garbage co in town will call other and send service that way.

I like this company because they are responsive and nice. I called them to get my tote replaced because it was broken and it was replaced the very same day. They offer recycling and I've used them for large roll-off rental when we clean out or renovate properties. If you're new to the area, they even offer the first couple of months free when you sign-up online.
