Removal and installation of new bathtub and shower went well. Took a little longer than I expected but I didn’t anticipate how much work it took. Andrew was very professional and did an excellent job.

They had great attention to detail, from Jake's initial inspection, dealing directly with our insurance company to get us an accurate and fair settlement to the installation.

One of our greatest worries outside of a proper job was the cleanup. We have four small children and had concern of them running barefoot in the yard, but they used their custom landscape protection nets and large lawn magnets to free us of those worries. Other than the change we made in roof color, you wouldn't have know they were there.

Mike was so easy to work with. Very personable and easy going. We felt he was very honest with questions and concerns and wanted to meet us where we we at with what we chose. From first interaction with Michael Mann, to fit and finish of having new windows installed, was a smooth and seamless process. Mike is very professional, and most down to earth sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with, very responsive to all communication throughout the entire process. the installation team, wish I had all their names, were Phenomenal to work with, very professional and adaptive as we had other work being accomplished on property at same time and the two Crews worked out a plan so everything could get done at same time with out impeding one another. Great team, will ABSOLUTELY be using Mid Kansas Exteriors again in the future.

We worked with Mike Mann on putting all new windows and siding on our home. After getting quotes from other places, his prices were best and he was the most down to earth and helpful person. The crew did an amazing job. It was fast, not a long drawn out process. The windows are a phenomenal product and we couldn't be happier. Great company to work with, they did exactly what they said they would do ,no short cuts. A business you can trust with a handshake! Cleanup was super, you wouldn't know that anything was done to the roof. This is the second time we have used Mid Kansas Exteriors for our roof and gutter replacements. I don't think you can find a better company!

I can't comment on their work, however after weeks of not returning my customers calls, I have been trying to get a call back for a week. Left 3 messages so far with the secretary, none of which have been returned. Hope others have a better experience than we are.

The window work done was completed very quickly and looks fantastic. The siding material arrived weeks ahead of schedule and outside of a few weather delays this work was also completed quickly. Micheal exceeded expectations on responsiveness to questions and anticipated timelines once weather permitted. Outside of a couple unexpected snafus, the job completed was done quickly and efficiently. Thank You!!

MidKansas Exteriors & Roofing Jake (owner) and Michael (sales) have performed work on our home since 2018 including a complete residing in 2021, roof installation and replacement of windows. Mike has always made sure that we were satisfied with any work completed, and if we were not, he would make sure to quickly follow up and address our concerns in a timely manner. They are the epitome of professionalism in home improvement! We are extremely happy we selected them to complete our home improvement projects.

Contacted Mike about replacing original 1920's windows and re-siding the house but keeping the same character and charm. We're thrilled with the outcome, and their prices on comparable materials were better than any competitor we evaluated. The work was done quickly, safely, and professionally. They were clean, efficient, and cared about our home. The results are exactly what we were hoping for, and folks that drive by can barely believe that the entire exterior was re-done because it's so true to the original.

Mid Kansas Exteriors, Inc is the best contracting company in Kansas. Michael Mann, salesman, is very upfront and honest. He lets you know what can be done on a project where other companies sometimes tell you what you want to hear. Mike and team are always on time and dependable about showing up to quote a job and complete a job. This company is not always the least expensive up front, but when going with other companies, hidden cost and rework end up costing more in the long run.

After a storm one night I came outside to find some shingles on the ground. A friend recommended Michael Mann at Mid Kansas so I gave him a call. He came out for free to assess the damage. After an hour of him walking up and down my roof he came down to tell what he found. There was minimal damage and he went ahead and replaced the couple of shingles that were damaged for free. I will def use them for any work I have done in the future.

Great experience overall. Our sales rep Mike went above and beyond and really made us feel like family. Every time he was in our home he was respectful and courteous didn’t make us feel pressured to use them. I would 10/10 recommend them to any family or friends that needed windows or roof work done. .

Mid Kansas was exceptionally helpful when my elderly parents needed their roof replaced. They were very responsive both before and after the work was performed even to the point of sending staff to their home. While I was typically present to help, I was never uncomfortable with Mid Kansas talking to them without me present. It was a good experience.

I wouldnt NEVER Do business with them. They sound nice enough, but refused to give me a straight quote bc i had an insurance claim. The salesperson threw the word "insurance fraud" for anyone offering to cover my deductible, AND then stated that their bid is whatever the insurance claim is! !@What? In this scenario, if the insurance pays more than what they can do it for including profit...they bill for that higher price and then still take in your additional deductible? Add this to some scare tactics during the sales call...no thanks, these guys are one big walking FRAUD artists...

We just had all our windows replaced and I just want to say I am so pleased with the work the crew did, they where fast and very nice guys. They did a great job cleaning up their mess too. The windows are great too. We are very happy. I also wanted to say our sales person Michael Mann is a great guy and sales person. The whole team was great. Thank you Genine and Scott Leggat.

I was very pleased with the service I recieved from mid Kansas exteriors. They came and did an assessment on my house promptly, I called my insurance company and Jake and his staff took care of the rest. All the work was done quickly and it turned out great, the workers even paid extra care not to damage anything and clean up after themselves. Overall very satisfied with the quality of work and promptness I recieved.

Mid Kansas Extreriors was very professional! Did a great job and would highly recommend. Helped us work through all the insurance part as well, which can be a headache, made it so easy.

Loved my salesman Paul. He is personable and has a ton of integrity. I did have some communication issues with the job coordinator, but he is no longer with them. I also had some issues with the sub-contractor, but that is being dealt with as well. Paul handled my "complaints'" professionally and is making sure everything is done right with no extra charges. Definitely will use them again for roofing, etc.

Once crews arrived the work w
as done and looked good. The problem was, getting them there. Was told they he rhere on a certain fad at a certain time and they never arrived. Once they arrive work got done. Next crew, had roof, siding and gutters repair, same problem. The final crew, the siders, well I had material laying in my driveway for nearly a month. When I'd call, it would go to voicemail, I'd leave a message but never get a return call for several days. Same at the office. Finally we get a day set up to finish the job. After waiting several hours after they had said they would be there. I called the office and was told they were on their way. Several hours later, no siders. I called again, was told they would check into it. When they called back I was told the siders didn't come because it was raining in Wichita, I. Live two hours awsa, it was a nice sunny day where I live. They will never do anything for me again and will never recommend them ever. Works is good but not dependible.

My experience with Mid Kansas Exteriors was a thankful one. I originally called them to replace a window on a flip that i was doing. It was an unusual window that would end up costing a lot of money to replace and would take weeks to get. MKE was able to rebuild the frame of this window to make it a size that would save me more than half the money and get the job done within 7-10 days. Not only that, they were able to replace a front door for me and fix a sliding glass door that i had put in that was not closing properly, due to it not being put in correctly by another company. They pulled the door and fixed it for me at a very low cost. Thank you Mid Kansas Exteriors. I appreciated your help and your professionalism.

I recommend Mid Kansas Exteriors to anyone who needs roof/gutter repairs or an honest assessment of damage. They came out and looked at our roof after a hailstorm several years ago and gave us feedback that the damage wasn't significant enough to need repairs. After several years of additional wind and hail, this year we needed to replace the roof and gutters. This was the first insurance claim I had ever made. Everyone on the team, including the office staff, were very knowledgeable and answered all my many questions about the claim/repair process. The work was done quickly and professionally. Even one of my neighbors told me they thought the crew did a great job and were very professional.

These guys did an exellent job on my home. They found out that who ever did my roof did it wrong in the past and they fixed everything and made SURE it was done right. The house looks even better now i think. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I would strongly recomend them for all the work you need done.

We had a leak in our flat roof when it would rain. Mid Kansas Exteriors came out quickly to assess the cause of the leaks and then resurfaced the roof. Being a church we were not charged for the work nor the materials. Its wonderful to know people who are Christian live by what they believe doing their work for the Lord.

Mid Kansas Exteriors replaced all my Roofs and quite a bit of siding a couple of years back after a Hail storm.

I had a very pleasant experience with Mid Kansas Exteriors. I had new windows put in and a new roof. Paul was very easy to work with. They put in a whole new window in because of a small cut with no problem or excuses.
