I had several projects I needed done so I called M&I Property Services. He came out on a Monday to look at what I needed done and seemed very professional. He said he would email me an estimate the next day and could fit me in the next week. I hadn’t heard from him in 5 days so I tried to call and was unable to leave a msg as they do not have a voicemail set up. I then tried to send an email to him (which was on the business card he gave me) and it would not go through. I had asked for recommendations on the Nextdoor app and his wife Jael gave me their number and to contact them. Since I could not get in touch with them by email or phone I sent a pm through their site on Nextdoor and never received a response. I had looked at the reviews before contacting them so I thought they would be a great business to call. Well unfortunately I found that to not be the case. I would not recommend this company due to their unprofessionalism. If they weren’t able to do the job the least they could have done was to contact me back and let me know.

Our experience with M & I Property Services LLC (Jael and Israel) has been wonderful. They are amazingly efficient, thorough and reliable. Jael and her mom cleaned our home for sale and it was cleaned from top to bottom and windows were sparkling! They worked diligently to clean our home and our house was under contract in 2 weeks. We love their work ethics and response to our request. Highly recommend them!
