We are extremely happy with the work Metro Reconstruction Services did on our house. Ben was great to work with and all the sub-contractors were professional and the work was high quality.

hired Metro to install some windows and fix 2 decks. At the time I thought they did an adequate job. I then hired them to rebuild a simple small deck. They subcontracted it ( which I think they do on most jobs) to 2 workers who only came on Sunday and only communication with the GC was via pictures and a translation app. They were incredibly inconsiderate and left trash everywhere. To the best of my knowledge the GC never came until the project was falling apart. The deck was missing joist brackets ( per code) , the cuts were all way off, wood was splintering in half making the stability very dangerous. And more to the point, my contract said build the deck the same as the old. They said they couldn't . Of course not, when you buy stringers for 6 steps and there were only 3 steps on the old deck. Ben went ballistic and swore at me when I tried to point these things out.This put the steps at the end of the platform. I have since hired someone else and they had no problem solving the problem by using stringers for 3 stairs. With a new GC, they noticed the previous 2 decks they built had the wrong nails and they did not pre-drill the holes. Hence wherever they secured the boards have severely buckled. My new rebuilt deck has no buckling, as every deck I have seen with trex. Some boards were coming loose because they did not hit all holes. I have pictures to back up everything in this review. In short, the workers were not skilled enough to do the job unsupervised and they were not supervised. A former worker told me they were paid very little. This says to me they got cheap unskilled people to do the work. My best advise is go else where

We had Metro Reconstruction completely remove the stucco and flashing from our home and re-stucco it with flashing appropriate for installing a metal roof. They did an excellent job professionally and aesthetically and we are very pleased with the result. They are highly recommended.

Ben and his crew at Metro Reconstruction Services are top notch. Their work ethic, and finished product are outstanding! They arrive on time, they work hard and they clean up. My husband and I highly recommend Ben and his team!! Their stucco work is terrific.

We used Metro when we first moved into our home in 2014. The quality of the work then was excellent. When it came time to freshen the exterior stucco, paint and stained woodwork in 2023 we called them again. And again we had excellent professional service in a reasonable time frame. They took a genuine interest in making sure the results were up to our expectations.

Metro Reconstruction replaced the stucco siding on the entirety of our house. Their work was extraordinary. The team took exceptional care of every detail, from ensuring flashing was just right to matching colors perfectly for the finish. They also cleaned up so thoroughly that the house felts like new when they were finished. I highly recommend their stucco work.

While I ended up not using Metro (yet) I had a great conversation with Ben (15 minutes) and he gave great advice! So nice considering he knew I wasn’t going to hire them. Thank you, Ben.

Project included repair of stucco, full kitchen remodel, window installation and laundry remodel. The team, lead by Ben, (Chico, Rafael, Fernando, Gary & Tell) was fantastic. High quality, attention to detail, do it right in every way. Ben was very good at communicating issues that arose during project and making recommendations for solutions. This company did an outstanding job. Our home was 52 years old with wood siding. Metro refinished the entire house with stucco and it looks like a new home. Ben was great explaining everything before, during, and after work began. The crew worked hard and fast and did a great job protecting all existing items such as windows, doors, decking, etc.. So thankful here in Larkspur.

As I tenant finish GC I've used Metro Reconstruction on several exterior projects that are outside of our scope. They've always been fast with a quote, responsive and they do excellent work!

We had water leak in our house and no one could figure it out. Metro said it was some sort of gutter/flashing issue. After they did the repair, we have no more water.

I love the new look to my house. They removed all the EIFS on my house and replaced it with stucco. Excellent workmanship, and office personnel is very professional. They were a little slow on scheduling, but worth the wait. I would definitely use them again.
