Having a VERY bad experience here..... First the lady (owner wife) was extremely RUDE. Instead of asking me was the my load tarped, she rather accused that it wasn't. I was in the the gravel lot next the building at 5:38 am, since they open at 7 am. I untarped my load and rolled both tarps around 6 am. The husband (owner) came out to throw away trash, he seen me rolling my tarps up. So she verified with him but yet and still claimed I should've stayed tarped until I drove literally 500 feet to their building incase it rain. My paperwork states they open at 7 am nor did it say they must see my load tarped. So once she verified she proceed to say that I can't get unloaded till 8 am, ( which is fine). But I try not to hold no business up and be ready to leave for my next load so I always untarped on site before they open unless rate con says otherwise. The lady should have respect and talk to drivers like they are grown rather than some child. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE!

Curtis and Robin definitely know how to take care of their customers. From the phone call to the pick up they truly make you feel like you are their #1. Marshall is very precise and so willing to take on a job that is thrown at him. They have saved my customers multiple times at a very reasonable price.

They will mess up on your order, whether it be the metal, all the trim or red iron. I have a friend that was putting up a red iron shop. They messed up on his red iron and metal. I use them as well would never use them again they messed up on my trim and sent a couple of guys out. Made me feel like it was your fault when all long it should’ve been there guys at the computer order on the trim instead of the customer I told them what I needed the measurements, not very good service!
