I called Stefan (Director of Sales and Marketing as well as a Partner according to his email signature) on a Monday to schedule a consultation and get a quote on some siding. He said he’d have to look at his schedule but then he’d call me back in “30 minutes to an hour”. He never called me back and I ended up calling him back the next day. We scheduled a consultation for Wednesday at 2. At 2:30 on Wednesday, he called me and told me he’ll be here at 3, and starts with excuses of them being short staffed. I eventually had to call him at 3:45 and he starts with the excuses again. I cancelled the appointment. Apparently this company does not respect my time. My wife and I both took off work early to make this appointment, but Stefan couldn’t be bothered to make it or even call most of the time. How can I possibly trust a company to start and finish a project in a designated timeline when one of their DIRECTORS can’t even keep a simple consultation appointment? I honestly don’t care what excuses they have, everyone has something going on but you keep your word or you at least call when you’re expecting to be late. Completely unprofessional behavior from a partner in the company. They’ve lost my business and I will actively tell people to avoid this company.

Very happy with the work done by Mr HQ! They repaired a metal roof that had been installed incorrectly by our builder and did an excellent job. They also installed metal siding on our garage and it looks amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We are so pleased!

I scheduled the estimate for a metal roof last Saturday and was financed the same day. Materials were delivered on Thursday and roof installed within 4 hours on Monday. It looks beautiful.

Paid over 200,00.00 dollars for a new roof and siding on my home. The materials we talked about were not used on half the house roof with no change in price. I have leaks that we have been trying to get fixed for two years without results. Once you pay they are through with you. For these reasons I do not recommend this company

Call to get a quote from this company, guy was a jerk. The quoted price was over twice as much as any other company and Lowe's are home depot. And on top of that they wanted to charge a $200 delivery fee for 30 miles for 12 pieces of metal 12 ft long. That's outrageous and a scam. With his little reviews that they have that are positive it's probably friends and family who are trying to talk them up. I would go elsewhere.

Stephan Boyer and his crews provided a top notch roof for our HOA complex from beginning to end. They were very responsive to bid request and submitals of specified product’s. Crews were on time respectful of residents needs and property. The clean up was continuous throughout the day. In the end we found one nail left behind and had to look hard to find that. The insurance savings were immediate with the bronze certification. The aesthetics improved curb appeal tremendously. We just went through hurricane Sally and not a single issue. I highly recommend. Mr. HQ as an outstanding roofing contractor true professionals.

I really like nothing about this company, except the nice woman who answers the phone. I do not have a large home (less than 1600 sq. ft.) and they charged me five times what a new shingle roof would cost and then came out here and half finished my job. I have been begging for them to finish my roof and since February 19, I have got them back out here once. Now I cannot get them on the phone and they will not come back out and my roof vents look horrible. It makes the entire roof look like a mangy dog. I keep getting excuses when I do happen to talk to someone who can finish the job. Do not hire this company, they will overcharge you and leave you with a half finished job. Especially if you do not live in a mansion, why would you care what your home looks like or if they did the job right if you live in a modest home?

We had a log home done with porches all of the way around, sunroom, a half roof pergola, 4 car garage, shed full length of garage. We had some water issues where roofs came together, that were totally resolved by Alex and crew. They redesigned some parts, replaced joists and sheathing. After a terrible experience with another contractor, Metal Roofing Headquarters came and redid the job correctly. They did an outstanding job all the way from roofing to cleanup! I highly recommend them!
