Great product and incredible customer service. I had a small order but still recieved quick support while selecting products. I am so glad I didnt try to piece together my order in a big box store. I got the right parts shipped to the job site could not be happier with the service.

Knowledgeable people with great customer care attitudes. They had my trailer loaded in a very short amount of time. I do wish they had Saturday morning pickup services. Not all day and no ordering but just picking up. They put out a good product though and I don’t think I would go anywhere else.

Installed my first metal roof on a shop and they were very easy to work with and full of information on how to properly install it. Even when I called for my second roof they were quick to get the order ready and won’t send you out of the shop without everything needed to complete your job. Im sold on there customer service have yet to be unsatisfied. I will be back for the house thanks again guys.

I have been in to this place asking for a quote on a 30 by 60 building two seprate times. Once when I first started buying some land and then when I was ready to buy the building with cash in hand. They where very plesent to talk to, however I can not get anyone to send me the quote. I should not have to beg a company to give them my business. I will be finding a different company to go through. In my opinion from dealing with them they seem very unreliable and unorganized.

Poor customer service, which is actually a new problem. Because I've been a customer. After waiting to get help at the counter I left my information and the materials I needed with the person at the counter. I was told he would call that afternoon. Two days later no call. I got the same person I left my information with and he shrugged me off stating their scrap pieces were longer than my required length. He then brushed me off in a mumble as to why he didn't call me back. I explained that I needed the tin, so needed to know pricing but had hoped for better pricing by buying odd colored end pieces that didn't match. I repeatedly explained I understood the scrap would need to be cut but wanted to buy their scraps to be cut down hoping it would be less expensive. He kept saying it needed to be cut so their scrap wouldn't work... Again hung up on cutting. Then he just basically started throwing outrageous prices at me. Because the first time I ordered it was $60, then I bought again at $80, then $120plus tax and now $176plus tax... For the same thing I always get. He explained they only had one price increase and I said yeah so how come I am paying more than double I had previously. Again, it's not that he was unwilling to cut a deal on buy mismatched odds and ends it was the fact that he couldn't be bothered to call me for the materials I still need, that he refuse to listen to me and was frankly dismissive and rude. Buy local, guess I will buy big box instead.

They were able to custom fabricate metal roofing in a few days. The color was spot on. Very nice employees who took the time to load our flatbed. Good price. Nice guys.

I have built 6 tiny A-Frame cabins on my property and have used Metal Mill for every cabin’s roof. They are experts. They didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing how to install various components and are happy to help. They will bend your ridge caps, transition flashings, and more, to any pitch you need. Fast service as well. They have always called me earlier than the quoted time.

We decided to put a metal roof on our home ourselves, we went into the Metal Mill, gave them the dimensions, and they knew exactly what we would need and how much, from hardware, end caps, roof cap and of coarse roof panels. It made the job much easier to have all supplies needed configured for us. We would highly recommend.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
