From the estimate through completion the entire experience was great. The cost of getting it done was less than I expected. I originally requested a quote for budgeting but I couldn't turn down the price. It was obvious the crew had a lot of experience, the install was like clock work. Darrin and crew has performed first rate work on and ahead of schedule. He is very easy to get on the phone, workers show up very promptly and all work is completed safely. The worksite has been cleaned up neatly at completion of the job. Extras like photos, recommendations or non-standard situations are not an issue for his team. I had priced out a couple of roofing companies to re-roof our house, and ultimately decided to go with Merrimack Roofing because 1. they are a small business local to my community and 2. all of the positive reviews and return customers. One of the things that I hold in high regard when hiring a company is responsiveness. Darrin and Lindsay were both easy to reach, got back to us within the hour (most times much sooner) and were always on top of any question or issue we brought to their attention. We have a brand new roof on our house, garage and 3 season porch, completed within 3 days, at a very competitive price, but with the customer service you would lack from a Big Box store.
