I have had Jerry clean our gutters, eight sections, for the past couple of years. He does great and fast work; it used to take me more than half a day to do it myself. Jerry does the work within one hour. I also had a damaged, bent, section on one area. He corrected this for me on a separate visit.

We use Jerry for our rental property, and he is professional, fair, honest, and reliable! He provides pictures of his work and we find this very helpful as we are out of state. Highly recommend ;)

We had neglected our gutters for a long time and were starting to get water in the basement during big rainstorms. Jerry did an amazing job, he was exacting in his work and tested the water runoff thoroughly before he left. We've since hired him to maintain them and make repairs to our front and back decks. If we’ve cleaned the yard prior to him coming, he make sure he picks up the leaves that he takes off the roof and has advised us on places where we needed to show up our gutters. *Update (Spring 2021)*
We're getting our house prepared for painting this summer. I had asked Jerry if he could let us know if he sees any potential problem areas with our gutters, the fascia boards, etc.. Jerry cleaned our gutters and also provide us with a detailed list of areas that we should consider addressing, to mitigate the risk of water damage in a few spots along the roof/gutter line. He even climbed up on the ladder and pointed to the potential trouble areas (and showed the water stains on the house, window frame, etc.) and provided suggestions on how to fix those trouble spots.

This review is a first for me. Many contractors have done work at my house, but Jerry is the first I can recommend. I was so impressed I even recommended him to my boss.

Jerry does beautiful work no matter what the project. He is all about craftsmanship. He is meticulous, conscientious, and very, very careful of the homeowner’s property.

He seems to be skilled in many areas and is an analytical problem solver. I presented him with several gnarly problems and he solved them all. Plus he seems to listen carefully when he meets with you to take inventory of what needs to be done. I figured he would forget a few minor details I mentioned, but he remembered every last one.

He just completed 3 projects at my house—painting a bathroom (which involved repairing multiple ugly plaster problems), replacing rotten wood around the door to the bulkhead, and replacing the composite frame around my garage door.

One thing that amazed me is that after he painted the bathroom door in the basement, he brought it up 2 flights of stairs without my noticing or hearing a thing. Most of the contractors I’ve hired would bump a few walls along the way. With Jerry, there was not a ding or scratch.

In the spring, he’ll be back to refinish my deck and front stairs. And when I put the house on the market, he’ll give it a power wash.

You did an amazing job restoring our deck and saved us a lot of money we were planning on spending to replace the whole thing. Thank you again.

The first time I called Jerry I was not impressed. He explained to me that his schedule is kind of full and he can only come to my house to take a look in 3 weeks. I hang up and expected not to hear from him again.

But he showed up on time 3 weeks later. And I got a quote from him that evening. When we decided to take his offer. He gave me an exact date and time when he will start the work.

On that day again he showed up on time (actually this time 10 minutes early), did the job above and beyond, AND cleaned up afterward.

Just a comparison, we used another bigger company for another project on the house around the same time. I am still playing phone tag with them for a start date...

Jerry was amazing to work with. They did a Spring Cleaning for us and our home looks amazing!!! Every nook and cranny was cleaned and it went well beyond our expectations. When cleaning behind the washing machine, Jerry noticed a small drip/leak that could of become highly problematic in the near future had he not noticed and mentioned it. It's a sad thing, but in our world todaypeople do NOT take pride in their work like years ago. This is not the case with Jerry Hunsicker. He is a young man, who works like Old School!
Jerry did the fall mowing and leaf removal for us. We have a large yard, therefore it can be a daunting task. NEVER have I seen anyone work so meticulously as Jerry does!He takes such pride in whatever he does, he is a perfectionist!
