Talked to a number of roofing companies but ultimately picked Zee and his team at Affordable. His quote was the most detailed and comprehensive we received. He included all of the roof spots that had given us troubles over the years, along with what steps he would take to make sure those areas were fixed. His team (7 roofers!) showed up as planned at 7am and worked all day to finish our roof. It was quite windy on install day so they had to work extra hard to keep all the roofing debris contained and they did a number of sweeps across our yard and even our neighbors yards to make sure nothing was left behind. Overall we are thrilled with how the project went. Give Zee a call if you need a new roof!

I had a terrible old roof and in two days the owner and his crew removed three old roofs, installed all new plywood and a whole new roof. They showed up on time and worked extremely hard. Great experience with Zee. We were contemplating replacing our roof (non-emergency) and had gotten multiple quotes...Zee was not the highest or the lowest but we decided to go with him. Right after we made the decision unfortunately a bunch of shingles fell off the roof and Zee and his crew showed up a week and a half early to replace the roof for us (without us requesting any emergency services). Professional, courteous, addressed all of our questions and concerns. In and out in one day, 100% cleaned up and gone. Would (and already have) definitely recommend.

Affordable Roofing did our roof about a month ago. While their bid was not quite the lowest, it was a fair bid, and I was impressed by the thoroughness of the quote. Even though I knew the roof needed to be replaced prior to installing solar panels (the roof was 25 yrs old), Zee did a very detailed inspection of the entire roof (most of the other bidders did not) which he presented as part of the quote. The crew was very professional and did the entire job (stripping, re-shingling, and clean-up) in one day, and Zee was on-site overseeing the work for almost the whole time. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Affordable for roofing jobs without reservation.

We had a rubber roof replaced that was leaking in our sunroom, chimney flashing and gutters placed around our whole house. The team was done in 3 days and the work is great. Very reasonably priced.
