Conde took care of our roof this Spring, and we were incredibly pleased with the decision. They were the last of four quotes we received, and Lonnie Burns did an incredible job giving us a thorough inspection and fair quote. He didn't string us along, and answered every question we had. He recognized that we are planning to be in our house for the long haul, and helped us understand the different warranty options which was one of our biggest selling points.

On the day of our install, Nick Psaradelis was onsite to ensure everything went smoothly. The team did an amazing job putting on our new roof, ensuring everything was done correctly, and cleaning up after. The crew was friendly and accommodating and you could tell they just want to do good work for their clients.

I would highly recommend Conde, and we plan on calling them when we're ready to do siding on our house.

Conde Roofing has a great crew that communicated well and completely replaced our roof, sheathing and all. They protected our plantings, listened to our concerns and followed through on all of them. To have a major project happen to your home, start to finish in one day and when they drove away the only thing left was the sign! Awesome job, well done.

I redid my entire roof with Conde roofing. They were extremely professional and 200% stand by their work. I saw perfect example of that. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the entire product and experience, not just the roof. I really enjoyed working with Mel and Lonnie -- they were both really great to work with and extremely responsive. They work with CertainTeed roofing which through my own research found out that it is the best material out there. They provide the best warranty available on the market. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the highest quality roofer that stands by their work.

With all the heavy rain we’ve had the past few weeks, we started noticing some leakage on our ceilings. After receiving multiple quotes from other companies, Conde came in on top. We had the pleasure of working with Mel, the owner, throughout the quoting process. He was super knowledgeable and patient, as we were first-time homeowners asking a million questions. Mel was able to identify the problem and gave us a solution. He not only gave us multiple options but never once tried to upsell anything unnecessary.

On 5/13, we had the initial visit, and on 5/28, Nick and his crew arrived promptly at 7 a.m. They carefully draped tarps down the house, covered our deck railing, and protected the bushes. The process was quick, but the workmanship was unmatched. At the end, Nick did a walk-around with me to check out the finished product and couldn’t be happier. By 3pm they were cleaned up and left without a trace.

Some recent wind storms pulled several pieces of siding loose from our house, and on a recommendation we called Conde to get a quote for repair that we needed done on a tight timeline before we went out of town. The team at Conde had me email them pictures of the damage, worked up a quote, and had someone out all within a week. They were very responsive and helpful, did great work at a fair price. They'll definitely be my first call the next time we have any issue with the siding or when its time for replacement.

Nick and his crew were awesome!! They got my one car roofing job done in 3 hours and the clean up was so amazing that I couldn’t tell anyone had been here. Great and extremely friendly caring service from first contact to last. Best contractor I’ve ever worked with! Can’t recommend them enough!!

Alex and Conde roofing did a great job on my house. Communication is good and pricing is fair. They are not the cheapest but the quality and warranty appears to be make up for it (they’re certainly not the most expensive either). The contractors are top notch as well. I used them for both sections of my roof that included 5 skylights in total.

We had a smaller job that needed to be done. A severe wind storm tore off some 13.5 feet worth of our fascia capping near the roof. Katie was such a help setting up from start to finish of the repair! The work completed by Mr. Santiago's crew was top notch and looks great! Thank you again for taking the time to help us with this smaller job!!

I called 5 roofers for bids, all were A+ BBB and had at least 4 star reviews and NH local businesses. Lonnie from Conde was the last one in the door on 4/2/25, he provided a competitive quote on same day of visit, and had the right product. There was no upselling options that I really didn’t need. Proper roofers insurance, 5 star 50 year non-prorated warranty on materials and labor. Signed the contract and Alex and crew of roofers were on the roof on at 7:00 AM on 4/14/25. They did an amazing job with removal and replacement, great thorough cleanup and were gone by 7:00 PM same day as promised. We have dogs so getting the nails cleared is important and of course we found a few, but so far so good. We are very happy with the results.

I recently had Lonnie from Conde Roofing come out and give me an estimate. After dealing with a few contractors and most not a good experience, I was skeptical about this appointment as well. Lonnie showed up on time and was very informative and explained the whole process of what it would take for my project. Hr never made me feel like he was a salesman and only there to get my money. However we did not end up using Lonnie and his company for our project, I do recommend them for yours.

Conde siding for houses is so high quality, you cannot tell it is siding! We love the work they did! We highly recommend them!

Great experience from start to finish.

Lonnie was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in determining the scope of a 130 year old troubled roof. I'm an architect by trade and struggled to find a roofer who truly understood the depth of my homes ventilation issues. Lonnie, off the bat, offered a ridgevent solution that actually met code. He was set on doing things the right way, which had me sold. He was also incredibly responsive. Answering texts, calls, and facetimes; day and night.

As well, Nick and the crew worked quickly and efficiently. They were able to pivot on the fly to help replace some unseen damage to the decking caused by poor execution from the last roofers. Somehow, they had material delivered the day of, made the adjustments, and got back on track for end of day completion.

These guys made the whole process of a new roof n siding very easy and the crew that did the work was very professional, the clean up was excellent. Very satisfied customer.I would also like mention Lonnie for he's professionalism during the estimate process with his knowledge of the product n Nick for the updates as the job progress

Katie and Alex were a pleasure to work with in the process of clearing our ice dams. From courteous professionalism to quick and timely response, each were able to provide a positive customer service interaction!

Alex and his team was able to come out right away to help with the built up ice dams on our house. They made channels and drained quite a bit of built up water. They cleaned up the work areas of debris so it was even more cleared of snow and ice than it was when they got here. Thanks Conde!

We have had Conde Roofing put a new roof on a barn we are redoing. This is the third roof we have had them do over the course of several years. The workmanship and attention to detail is great. The crew comes in and does their job in such professional manner. They leave you with not only a beautiful roof but an outdoor space that is as clean as when they started. We also had them do some gutter work on the barn which will relieve a problem we were having. Melvin provides an estimate in a timely manner, explains how the job will progress and they start on time. We also found out they have added vinyl siding to to their services, so we will be calling in the spring. Thank you Conde Roofing for another job well done!

I had to call several roofing companies for an emergency roofing fix as a tree fell through my roof. they either wanted to come by weeks later or not at all! Conde not only came immediately, they worked with my insurance company and had the roof fixed within a day! Had Conde Roofing do our home roof and two sheds. They did a fantastic job. In and out quickly and best of all no mess or nails left around.

Good quote. The crew showed up as planned and did a top job in one day. The roof is quite complex with 4 chimneys and a Widow's nest. I went up to inspected the work and I was impressed: They did not cut any corners and did not up-charge for unexpected challenges. Overall very please - would recommend.

Mel came to give me a very reasonable quote and time frame of completion for a replacement roof the day after I called him. His crew were in and out within 8 hours. The clean-up was complete and they figured out a solution to a drip edge problem I had between my garage and breezeway. Mel even crawled around in my extremely low attic putting in air channels so that I would have the proper airflow and not get curled edges on my new roofing shingles. The roof still looks new after a few years. I would highly recommend them.

We had our roof replaced because we were installing solar panels and didn't want to have to tear everything off in a few years to then replace the roof. The solar company, ReVision Energy, was impressed enough with the roof that they asked for their contact information to be able to pass that on to their prospective customers.

We could not imagine a better experience! From the first call with Katie to schedule an estimate to the day of the new roof, Conde as informative and thorough but not pushy. We had other estimates but nobody made us feel as comfortable as Lonnie, and Nick was keeping us informed through the whole process on the project day.

Conde Roofing & Construction LLC did an outstanding job last week replacing the old vinyl siding on my home with CertainTeed Cedar Impressions. I specifically wanted this product and they offered a lifetime warranty on it. The owner prides himself on customer service and it shows in every interaction from obtaining a quote to project completion. Jeremiah, the crew foreman, lead a team that worked tirelessly over 6 days to transform the exterior of the house. I could not be happier with the result. Jeremiah uncovered and solved water damage problems from the improper original house construction and from a deck addition. His prior experience in home construction was invaluable in fixing the structural problems that were encountered. I recommend this construction company without any reservation.

The Conde team was great. Arrived on time, installed excellent protection for our landscaping, worked hard and safely, completed the project very efficiently, very thorough cleanup after completion. I am glad we chose Conde!

Conde Roofing did a great job on our house. We ultimately went with Conde due to their high quality products and Lonnie’s helpful and friendly personality. When gathering quotes, he was the only representative who checked the attic to ensure they could provide us with a valid warranty. Conde Roofing uses Certainteed products as opposed to Owen’s Corning or GAF. These higher quality products put Conde on the higher side but still within the price range of their competitors.

My parents desperately needed a new roof on their home. I found Conde Roofing through a google search and emailed them. I received a response with 20 min from Katie Lane. She talked me through the whole process and was absolutely fantastic!! I met with Lonnie a few weeks later to see the house and the roof was completed three weeks later! Conde Roofing did an incredible job roofing my home in 1 day. Nick and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. 8 hours later, it was done, they had cleaned up and were gone. Very professional, excellent workmanship and reasonably priced. Estimate was quick and detailed. Scheduling was easy and matched my preferred date. Crew was in and out on the same day. Was concerned that skylight replacements would require repairs on inside but ended up not being a problem. New matched old perfectly. Contractor had port-a-toilet installed for workers. Outside of house was covered with tarps to keep debris contained. Copper flashing was expertly installed in valleys. Ice and water shield was installed to my requirements wanting more on a roof part with higher propensity for ice/snow build-up.
Conde comes with highest level Certainteed qualifications making manufacturer's warranty worth something. Would use them again or recommend them to my kids any day.

They did a great job on my home in Alton, easy to work with, quick response, fair prices and excellent turn around time. Jeremiah and team are great!

Steve and his team recently got my old facia piece installed back on the roof place in fast react manner and at reasonable cost. I really appreciate the work. I would hire Steve's team again if I have similar jobs in the future.

A couple weeks back we discovered a leak in our attic coming from our chimney. After a couple of appalling interactions with two of the largest roofers in the area we decided to call Conde Roofing.

Unlike the other companies, Conde Roofing actually sends out skilled tradesmen (not sales representatives). They were able to give us an interim solution to stop the leaking until proper repairs could be done in the spring. One of their expert roofers named Adam showed up within 24 hours of calling for help. He was kind, professional and willing to temporarily patch our chimney flashing under non-ideal weather conditions.

I can’t thank them enough. They are the only company I will ever let work on my roof!

From the estimate process to the completion of the job, I was impressed with the punctuality, professionalism, pace & follow up.
