Nathan helped me figure out what materials I needed, sent me color options, printed the matching color codes for paint, and is incredibly polite. These guys are the model of ideal customer service: the office is beautifully organized and spotless, they offer coffee and the most delicious cookies, loading is efficient and careful. All around great experience, quality, and service! Best metal roofing supplier in Kentucky!

My husband was working in this area and needed to buy some building materials from MMS. While he was there, he also brought me home some of their homemade Triple Berry Jam and it was the absolute best jam I’ve ever had in my life! Sooo good on hot buttered biscuit or for a PB&J! Can’t wait to swing by and get more! But this time I’m gonna need to buy more than 2 jars!

I have purchased 2 roofs from Mercer Metal. On the second one there was a measurement error somehow. When I called to see what could be done, there was no question on their part about who made the error. Their respo se was "you need a roof, we'll bring the right materials tomorrow" and they did. I'm about 35 miles from their shop and it was here next day, no questions, no charge. Excellent business and customer service! That was 10 years ago and both roofs are going strong.
