I am Mr Melton's neighbor. Mr Melton curses at me and gives me the finger every time he see's me. I have approached him and asked what I have done but he just uses fowl language and flips me off. I truly feel sorry for him and pray for him.
I would not want him working on anything for me with his abusive and aggressive nature.
