We heard about Sean (Mello Contracting) from folks in our community. Sean came out quickly to assess and fix the wind damage. Great service, great rates, and friendly customer service!! We will definitely call on him again!

Just had Sean do a simple siding repair. He was prompt, courteous, and professional and the repair was accomplished quickly. Maybe the best part is it wasn't "too small" to be worth his time and didn't charge a minimum that made the work uneconomical. Very happy.

My neighborhood has always suffered from wind damage and recently experienced hail. We contacted three companies and Mello Contracting was by far the most responsive. They helped us navigate the insurance process for the damage claim and were very knowledgeable with any questions. Mello Contracting was easy to work with and the new roof looks great! I was also very pleased with the time and effort they put into clean up, it just shows they care about the project from start to finish!

I was referred to Mello Construction LLC by a family member and can't say enough good things about the Company. Sean Mello the Owner came out and gave an estimate on replacing my roof. After having several estimates from other Companies He was the most professional and gave me a great price! The installation of the new roof was done on time and the installers were excellent in doing the job and taking great care of landscaping and clean up. I also had a window sill repaired in my sunroom by Nick their Operations Manager who was extremely professional and knowledgeable! A tornado damaged my roof & guttering & screens. Sean & Nick were very helpful from the beginning in working with my insurance adjuster and I couldn’t be happier with the repairs. I would definitely recommend their company.

I have used Mello Contracting a couple of times. They just finished an awesome internal & external paint job for our home. They showed up on time everyday and more importantly cleaned up daily. I will continue to use this company for home repair needs.

After a hail storm damaged our house, we selected Mello to replace our roof and replace our siding. They have been great to work with and have worked well with our insurance company. Corey, my contact with Mello, has done a great job of scheduling the work and keeping me updated. The roof has been completed and now Mello is working with the insurance company so we can get the siding taken care of. The roofers arrived as scheduled and did an exceptional job of cleaning up when they finished the job. I highly recommend this contractor.

We contacted Sean with Mello Contracting after our roof was damaged by a tornado. Sean personally came out and inspected our damage and met with our insurance adjuster to help the process go as smoothly as possible. Sean and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. We recently had had a tornado damage our roof, which required a total roof replacement. Sean and his team did a great job. They were very quick (only 10 days from first visit to finished roof. The install team did a great job, including a very through cleanup. The job was not deemed complete until Sean walked the roof himself and did an inspection. All-in-all, Sean is very professional, knowledgeable and advocates for the homeowner when working with the insurance adjusters. VERY HAPPY

We could not have been happier with Sean and his team for replacing our roof. Sean came out to inspect our roof and found a lot storm damage which he anticipated our insurance would cover. He came back when our insurance adjuster came to go on the roof with him. Sean worked directly with the adjuster which made this a simple process for us.

Mello Contracting did a fantastic job replacing our roof, recaulking our windows, replacing our window screening, and installing an attic fan. Mello Contracting did an awesome job replacing my roof and gutters. Sean's crew arrived right on time and worked incredibly hard in the 90+ degree heat. They did an fantastic job of tear down, installation and most importantly clean up - two layers of roofing with many rotted boards and the yard was spotless when they were done. What really sets Sean apart from other contractors is price transparency and customer service. We will will certainly use Mello Contracting for future work.

After a terrible experience with a different roofing contractor, Mello Contracting came to the rescue. Sean was patient in answering all my questions, making sure I felt confident moving forward. He helped me navigate all the issues regarding insurance and made sure I owed as little out-of-pocket costs as I could. They were so quick too! Literally a day after my wife and I signed the contract, we had a new roof and it is beautiful! I would absolutely recommend Mello Contracting for repairing/replacing your roof.

BEST. ROOFER. EVER!!! Sean's not only extremely competitive with his pricing (I got at least 7 quotes) but to say he was honest and does an excellent job is an understatement. I've referred him to numerous neighbors, friends and clients and always get wonderful feedback. Sean has been one of the best contractors I've ever worked with especially in terms follow up and scheduling. Sean and his company were professional in every aspect and his attention to detail and pride in a high quality finished product were evident during the whole process. After our initial call to report a leaky roof to our insurance compamy, Mello Construction worked directly with them (USAA) to get our roof replaced due to wind and storm damage. Sean was great, he delivered as promised in the contract and ensured the new roof was built to current code and included in the insurance claim. His team arrived on time and was completed in one day. Clean up was outstanding, I did not find one nail or shingle cut off anywhere in my lawn, flowerbeds or garden. Mello construction does things right, the first time. We plan on using them for other needed repairs.

After calling several roofing contractors and getting estimates I was impressed with the quality of materials that Mellow Contracting uses.

My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. They even caulked any exposed nails exactly as he said in his proposal.

Sean’s team is very nice and efficient and they installed the roofing system exactly how they would on a large house. After they were done they cleaned up everything and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Sean and his team.

After extensive research and receiving multiple bids for our roofing project, we determined that Mello Contracting LLC was going to be the best option for us to go with. From beginning to end, Mello did an outstanding job! Sean and Emily both provided all necessary information regarding the scope of the project. Their arrival was on time and they explained everything in great detail regarding the sales side of the job at hand. On the day of the actual work to begin, which consisted of a barn and 3 other outbuildings, all happened on time including the material delivery. William arrived prior to material delivery and the work crew. They did a magnificent job, all were very professional and respectful and cleaned up as if they had never been here. I am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend them for any roofing requirements.

When you work with Mello Contracting, you are working with the owner. His prices are very reasonable and the roofing team started exactly at the time promised. It was not clear if they would finish in one day but the team took the time to complete all of the work in just one day.

Cleanup was great. There were repeated walk-arounds looking for the bits and pieces of old roofing material. The grass was swept with a magnet multiple time, too.

A great company and I will be using them again!

Sean and the team did a great job! I reviewed a lot of options before selecting Mello and even worked with some of my neighbors to see if there was a benefit to us coordinating and comparing notes. There are lots of different roof products out there and lots of different installers. Make sure you are getting a quality product. I went with a premium CertainTeed product for good reasons, however a quality product poorly installed is no good. Sean Mello and his team are Top Quality guys and they mean what they say. In an industry that can sometimes be difficult to navigate with all the promises, Mello is both good at what they do and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs!

I Had an excellent experience working with Mello Contracting to replace my roof and gutters from start to finish! The price was competitive and fair and my roof was installed within a week of signing my contract. I would highly recommend Mello contracting to anyone.

Last year I had some roof damage from one of the storms that came through. Water poured in through my roof. My neighbor recommended Mello because they had just redone his roof. They came out placed an emergency tarp and offered to be there when the insurance adjustors came out and give me a repair quote at the same time.

I made the mistake intial of going with another company to redo my roof for me. Luckily for me Mello followed through with showing up when the adjustor came. The company I first went with just kinda stood there didn't say anything. The Mello roofing guy stepped up and started showing the adjustors a few things he had notice and additional damage the adjuster missed.

Luckily was able to cancel the contract with the first company. Mello took over, my insurance company didn't pay for a full roof redo. Mello was able to offer me a super good deal allowing me with the insurance pay out to redo my entire roof. The work was fast and efficient and good. They cleaned up after the install the owner himself even came out to inspect that job was done correctlty.

With the materials they offered I could instantly feel the temperature difference up stairs.

Very professional. On time. Excellent communication throughout. Friendly. Took care of all communication with the insurance company. I’m very happy with Sean’s commitment to customer service and quality.
