MDI Remodeling and Contracting has performed an outstanding job on many of my renovation projects. As a home inspector, I highly recommend them for your next project.

In 2018 MDI installed a new roof, gutters, and leaf guards. Our house is positioned on a hill so that it is subject to high winds on a regular basis, so with normal wear and tear certain issues with the gutters required tightening up. Danny and his partner came out to assess the issues, and after ordering some new supplies they got everything fixed up. MDI says they stand by their work, and they don't just talk the talk. Couldn't be happier! The only reason we didn't give 5 stars is due to some communication issues before the crew got out here.

I didnt get a chance to use this business, because I couldn't even get him to show up to give me an estimate. Im sure if I would have been able to hire him it would have turned into the same annoyance as it has been to get a simple estimate for some work.

On Jan 4th Called to request someone to come and look at a leak around a window. I as told Sabastian would call me. Never received a call. I called back on Jan 10th lady apologized said she would have him call
I received a text from Sabastian advising he got my message. I responded with when can you come out. I have yet to receive a call or text back
I do not recommend as they do not not respond

I am ecstatic! Finally I have a beautiful black gutter with leaf guard on my 90 yr old house. Looking forward to using them again. Very courteous.

The service was excellent! The work was done on time and was very good. Would definitely recommend this company for any roofing needs.

Installed metal roof, soffit and facia. Repaired siding as well as installing new chimney cap and dryer vent.
All work was excellent and they were great to work with.

The attention to detail was flawless and these guys work non stop. Simply OUTSTANDING work and crew. Cleaned up daily. They are my new go-to for my construction needs.

We had three roofing companies over three years to fix the problem. None of them stopped the leaks. These people told me exactly what was needed...then did it. I haven't had a drop of water since!

The metal roof system and new 6-inch gutter with leaf guards look spectacular. MDI clad the chimney also and it all came together in an astonishing way. There were no surprise extra charges due to clear and concise communication all through the process. MDI will roof my other house when the need arises. We are proud of our home and this makes us want to show it off.

There should be a zero for this company! In years past I had used MDI and they did a great job. However, my most recent experience was one of complete dissatisfaction. MDI put on a new roof over a year ago and it leaked. New flashing was installed and they were to come and patch and paint where the leak had been. I had confirmed work weeks in advance and they were a no show. When I texted to inquire, Steve, the owner responded with a long text telling me that it was Roofing America that he had hired to install the roof and it was therefore “Justin’s” responsibility. Justin and his workers started the repair, left a complete mess, spilled a can of soda on an antique desk, left it and ruined the finish. After days of back and forth texts I attempted to call Steve who picked up the phone, yelled “Don’t call me on Saturday “ and hung up on me. I have sent pics of the damage, mess and unfinished job and only received responses from Steve stating “This is ridiculous” and “Beat a man when he is down”. To date the repairs have not been completed, the damages have not been addressed and I have not heard a word from Steve or any MDI representative. Completely unprofessional and unreliable!
