Paid first for 4 2x12x16, asked to have it cut 5.5,5.5,2.5 and 2.5 to equal 16'. The first 3 guys could not understand that simple mathematical equation. They all asked each other while I was standing right there. I watched as one guy measured with the tape and made a saw cut, put down the tape and made one of several wrong cuts. Then they got somebody who figured it out after I explained it Again. One of those cut marks from his errors made its way into my truck and when I questioned it I was told "Oh some of it comes like that". Then the guy in the clean red shirt with the clean mcs hat on said, "There's no splintering to show that it was done here. It came here like that". I might be just an old woman from the country but the splintering still shows. And your insult to my intelligence cost you a contractor.

Kevin with MCS promptly returned my call and arranged delivery of a 30 yard large dumpster to a rural location just outside of Columbia MS within 24 hours, taking payment by phone and responding to my text request on a Sunday (unexpected) having the dumpster removed exactly as requested !! Kevin deserves a bonus for his fast efficient service, easy billing, and helpfulness making sure I chose the correct size for my task of clearing out a lifetime of an elderly gentleman's "stuff" after his passing so that new owners could move forward with placing their belongings and begin renovation immediately.

The driver also deserves praise as he followed the picture text I sent marking exact location for placement of the dumpster 100% and called just to verify prior to leaving the site.

MCS's business practice should be the STANDARD by which all other companies model themselves !

I am actually still amazed at how fast the clean up went from point of phone call to MCS - delivery of dumpster - removal of "stuff" to dumpster pick up ... it relieved tremendous STRESS from the task we faced at the time of purchase /closing, and for that I am very GRATEFUL for having found Kevin at MCS !!

We used them before so we were going to again. That was within the last few months I understand they have changed a lot of things but service is pathetic. Needless to say if they can not return phone calls they do not need my business anymore. The big bosses need to know how this place has gone down hill.
