McRay Roofing was recommended to me by my close personal friend, who is also a realtor. She was worked with other roofing companies, and was very impressed with the up front communication and inspection details.
After my initial inquiry, I received fast communication and a free inspection within a couple of days. The inspection report was drone & AI-assisted, and it included 40 pages of details about the condition of our roof. Aside from our roof being ~14 years old, it was assessed to be in very good condition given its age (in Oklahoma). Some minor repairs were recommended, but a completely new roof was not deemed necessary at this time.

I was incredibly appreciative of Nick’s honesty, and lack of intention to replace our roof just for financial gain. He also took the time to speak with me about details related to roofing and insurance claims in Oklahoma, specifically.

What a company this is from start to finish! We had storm damage from late last year and McRay handled everything with our insurance company. NICK WAS UNBELIEVABLE! I can't say enough good things about this company! We had an 18 month battle with our insurance to get our roof replaced after a tornado plowed through our neighborhood in February of 2023. Nick, with McCray, was with us every step of the way! I have to say how impressed I was with Trevor and McRay Roofing. I am currently in the process of selling my house and was on a time crunch. From the time of the inspection done by Trevor, him walking with my insurance adjuster, scheduling and having the roof and gutters COMPLETED took a total of 9 business days. Trevor continued to follow up throughout the process and even contacted my insurance company to insure everything was in order. Hands down the best customer service I've received in awhile. If in the future I need a new roof I'll be reaching out to them 1st.

Hunter, Sean and crew of Mcray Roofing did a great job for us. They roofed our house including beautiful copper work. They coordinated with painter, new stucco and gutters to refresh the entire exterior of our home. They were responsive to all of our requests and went above and beyond what they said they would do. I contacted this company for a leak in my roof. They called in a delayed fashion, but once they did call, we set up an evaluation and the whole process was not only very simple, but done very professionally. They gave me a quote for a repair, but they ended up discovering a simpler problem that was the cause of my leak and they charged me less, as it was not as much work and they felt it would take care of the problem. It's refreshing to see such honesty in business. They are a larger company and have significant roofing experience (both commercial and residential). They have done 4-5 other homes in my neighborhood and the other customers have also had great experiences with them. I was very pleased with the Nick's professionalism, their experience, the timeliness, attention to detail and efficiency. Excellent company. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Due to past experience with other roofers, my husband and I were leery of Nick. I was introduced to Nick by a mutual acquaintance. He put us at ease right away. Initially, when he inspected our roof, we didn't have enough damage to begin an insurance claim. After a hail storm, he returned to inspect and felt there was enough damage to initiate a claim. Nick worked with our adjuster and was able to have everything we needed repaired, covered. He answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. The installation process of our roof, gutters, and siding was smooth, quick. The crews did a great job w/ installation, as well as the clean up. This company is highly recommenable,suggested a shingle that I love more than I initially chose .They came on time finished fast and came back couple yrs later to fix a vent that blew off the roof due to high winds @ no charge.This nothing like dealing with a company that returns calls & does what they say when they say love it…Thanx again Jeremy!!!

Nick and Terry did an amazing job. I was on a deadline to get a roof and gutters on my old house. They worked with me and several other people ( real estate people, insurance) to get my job done. Do NOT use this company! I hired them to replace my roof and now it leaks worse than it did before! They refuse to come make the repairs. These guys promise a lot upfront but can't follow through. I had to hire another company to fix my brand new roof!

Best roof service I ever experienced. Nick W. Was exceptional with staying in contact and walking us though the claim process to get previously installed defected shingles reimbursed and replaced (was done by another contractor). With his help, The process was expedited and we were able to have the roof replaced with no out of pocket costs within 2 weeks. Amazing work!! Honest people that will shoot you straight. Nick Whitson came out to my house after a hail storm and informed me my roof was still in great shape and didn’t need to be replaced. I love that they don’t try to convince you to get a new roof just because it will benefit the company. They definitely want your business long term. He did advise me of some parts on my roof that were damaged and he was quick to send Lupe out to fix a few minor things the following day. Lupe was very friendly and respectful of our property and got the job done thoroughly in an efficient amount of time! I learned so much about my roof from Nick and he was extremely helpful at putting things in layman’s terms so I could understand. 10 stars! We will be referring him to all our friends/family/neighbors if they need any roofing services. We will be a customer for a long time! Great company and great people.

My insurance only quoted me for a partial roof replacement at the lowest quality of roof tile. Jeremy dealt with them himself and got me a full roof replacement with a nicer quality roof for the same cost! They were professional, efficient, and budget friendly.

I had my home built 4 years ago and the builders would not figure out why I had a leak at my entry. When I had to get a new roof, Mcray employees told me what they thought the problem was, had different people come out and fix it. Something I tried to get my builder to do from before we moved in. It’s been raining for hours now and no leak! No water standing on my wood floor in the entry. I will always call Mcray roofing for whatever I need done and see if they can do it first. Would highly recommend.
