Alex and his crew were in the area, doing work on our neighbors house, replacing his roof. Having a 30 year old home, with no previous work on the roof, and rotting wood on our patio deck, it wasn't a matter of if, but when would it be need to be replaced.

Alex finished the neighbors roof, then proceeded to do another neighbors roof across the street because "the price was too good to pass up". Alex came over, and we spoke, I reluctantly was not interested just due to having my patio section quoted a few years back by someone for $8,000. Alex's quote made is impossible NOT to pass up. I signed the quote, and 2 days later the crew showed up, and started the roof. It was completed to perfection in 4 days time.

They took care of our place like it was theirs - The covered the driveway and pool with plastic for easy cleanup. The small thing like this, make a difference to me.

I expected to do the cleanup, since I am pretty picky about how things get done - Alex was out here with his crew in the 114 degree heat, picking up nails around the house with the huge magnet, picking up wood chips, and old roofing material. It was better than I could have done myself.
