Tyler and his helpers started around 7:30 remodeling my large bedroom. This involved removing a lot of stuff to garbage. Repainting the bedroom, laying new carpet and new laminate floors in the bath room. This was an all day job. Tyler McGrady LLC was very professional and I would recommend McGrady Enterprises LLC to anyone that needed any type of work in their home or property.

Tyler came and installed butcher block countertops, kitchen sink, and backsplash in my kitchen. I was so impressed! It was everything I dreamed it would be. Not only did he do that, but he made it like he was never even there. He picked up all of the trash and debris from tearing out our old countertops, and swept and mopped up their mess from the mud and grout. He answered any questions we had and made sure to tell us about the upkeep on our counters and grout. 10/10 recommend, and will use him for my next project!

Wow!!, is really the best word to use to describe our experience with McGrady Enterprises LLC, and the crew. When we contacted Mr. McGrady we were being given the run around from all the other people we were dealing with and we didn't know what we should do about the situation. From day one, Mr. McGrady approached our situation professional and honestly. He listen to our problems and offered solutions, and many times I asked him to use his professional opinion on a lot of things involving the work that needed done, I asked him to treat the job like he was working on his own home, and I believe he did just that. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with their work, and make sure we were comfortable with his crew that he had on site. They not only fixed stuff that the people before them just tore up, but they did the job in a very good time frame and did it well. Mr. McGrady made it clear to us if we were unhappy with anything, to please let him know, so he could see fit that it was fixed. He does a fantastic job of keeping in touch and keeping you in the loop and involving you in the details. We asked for his professional opinion on many different things like paint, tile, cabinets, doors, ceilings and faucets, we trusted his opinion and we are so happy we did. We couldn't be more pleased with Mr. McGrady and his crew. They are professional, trust worthy, and very easy to work with. A lot of people will take advantage of people when it comes to money, but when it came to payment arrangements, Mr. McGrady would only except a deposit upfront, he would not take the whole payment up front, instead he only requested payment as work was being done. We will be returning clients, in fact we already have discussed several upcoming jobs with him, that we want him and his crew to take care of.

McGrady Enterprises LLC just finished up my bathrooms somebody else started that made a total mess of, thank you for doing an awesome job and putting down new flooring. He was there early every morning same time doing a good job very organize and professional.

McGrady enterprises did a fantastic job on our showers surround & redoing all the plumbing in the shower as well. They were very nice & respectful. Everything was cleaned up as if they were never there!

McGrady Enterprises, LLC completed a vinyl tile installation in our kitchen today. We are so happy with our new flooring. Tyler is so organized and professional. Communication was excellent. He explained everything that needed to be done. He and his crew were punctual and Tyler did everything just exactly as he said he would. McGrady LLC replaced the tub/shower that we purchased, and the condition he left the bathroom in is awful. We paid $2500 (not counting materials), and he left a four inch gap all around the tub with exposed insulation where we can't even use the shower until we get that fixed. He left all of the debris and the old tub for us to clean up. He admitted that they made a mistake and charged us for extra materials, but he left that for us to return, even though he didn't give us any of the receipts for his materials that he bought. Then he had a huge attitude about the whole thing.
I would absolutely NOT recommend this construction company. Stay clear.

Tyler and his crew done a great job on two projects at the same time for me. He was very professional and always yet me me know what was happening that day. I would highly recommend his services.

Tyler and his crew did 2 jobs for me. Refinished floors and revamped a room( walls, ceiling, molding. Tyler got back with me quickly, he had a detailed written contract, he communicated through email and text so there was No confusion on expectation and accountability on both our parts. He and I communicated well with each other. Toward the end of each project he responded to detail concerns I verbalized. He had great attention to detail. I am VERY pleased with the quality and cost of the jobs. I hope he will come back on future jobs.

Thank you to McGrady Enterprises for the great work done on a listing I had as a real estate agent in Sylacauga. He and his crew painted the entire interior of the home, replaced the flooring in two bathrooms, installed two new vanities with new faucets, stained some exterior posts, and did all the exterior lawn clearing and care. They did a great job in getting this property ready for listing and making it look fresh and appealing! We will definitely be using this company again!

Tyler and Todd did an amazing job on my remodeling of the bath. They were productive and effient with there work.

Tyler and Todd were a pleasure to work with. Did a excellent job updating shower fixtures, installed new shower door and and new toilet in master bathroom. House was built in 1955 and of course the guest bathroom has baby blue ceramic tile for shower walls and a cast iron tub that probably weighed 600lbs. Tyler and Todd tacked the tub and shower walls with a smile. They did a great job removing all the tile and cement, this was not an easy job. I went back with a Nextile tub and shower kit and I'm glad I did. This kit is well made. Tub and shower walls lock together making for a great looking tub and shower. new toilet installed in guest bathroom too. All cast iron pluming was removed and replaced with PVC. They did and excellent job cleaning when finished. I'll post pictures when I finish painting bathroom. Thank you Tyler and Todd.

I would advise against using this company. I now have a very expensive and poorly done bathroom. I am left with electrical STILL not working, paint that has to be redone, grout that has to be modified, excess grout clumped throughout my shower floor, issues with doors (door handle has already come off), terrible patch work on the ceiling, and much more. If you have used this company, or plan to, make SURE you get ITEMIZED receipts for the items purchased when you do a phone sale or are not there in person. I asked for things to be remedied prior to "completion", and was greeted with portions hastily done or being told that they weren't going to be done. The owner of the company told me he would no longer be on site, as he had other jobs he needed to attend to. I was originally quoted 3-4 weeks turnaround time and ended up with a 2 month long project that doesn't feel complete. I understand hiring issues and would've been okay with this extended time frame if the work was done properly and skillfully. The hours worked were typically from 7am-2pm Monday-Friday, with some days only 2-3 hours worked, or none at all. There were only 2-3 days worked total that anyone stayed after 2pm.

I cannot say enough about McGrady Enterprises LLC. On time, very professional, completes the jobs he starts and much more. He is very reliable and I could not have completed this job for a client of mine without his help! Thank you again for a job well done!

Tyler did a fantastic job with our outdated basement. Professional, reliable, and a breeze to work with. I could not have asked for anything else. I would highly recommend and I intend to use McGrady Enterprises in the future.
