Horrible roofing job and had too be torn off buy another roofer this is a real post not a scam the only scam is bill after tear off we found underlayment installed that we didn’t even pay for and it’s all mix match as well as old underlayment still on. We had payed for two rolls of underlayment and when the roof was tore off there was only a total of part of one role.

We had to have our roof replaced a couple months ago and were very impressed by McCullough roofing! Bill and his team were very professional and courteous. So much so that we had them do some work on our beach house too! Would definitely recommend!!

BEWARE: Legally licensed, insured, bonded. BUT- we learned the hard way that this won't protect you from a corrupt business. They did our roof and 3 others in our neighborhood, took payment in full from all 4 home owners, then didn't pay the supplier for the materials and filed bankruptcy. This left the expense of materials for 4 different projects unpaid, and Oregon law allows suppliers to collect from the home owners, including placing liens on the homes until the home owner pays the contractor's bill! We all had to pay for our roofs twice! About $45,000 extra expense in all. Bankruptcy got them off the hook for everything; erased their unpaid debt. We all talked to the CCB and we sure they won't be allowed to do business in Oregon again, but if you look at how many CCB #'s they've had over the years it's no wonder why no one knows how much danger they are in handing this company any money... and how they were able to get back up and running again.

Update 7/2/2020 - just searched Oregon CCB again and found more variations of the business's name, all can be tied together with a little research (Google search their phone numbers, Facebook pages, web pages, linked CCB #'s, and cross-matched addresses):

Their billboard lists an expired CCB# and says "since 1975" but their other signage (and .org website) says "since 1978." What company doesn't know when they started and has to change their name so many times?
