They did such a wonderful job on our home. No games, no drama, just good service. Our rep Travis stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process, and also stayed in contact with our insurance. We had a bad experience with a roofing contractor in the past, but McCoy helped us realize that there are still honest and quality contractors out there. Thank you Travis, and thank you McCoy!

Excellent professional company to work with. Our project manager, Josh, promptly did the estimate and went over the insurance claim with us. After the contract was signed, the job was completed within 3 weeks. Josh kept us informed every step of the way! Highly recommend McCoy Roofing!!!

I Terry Stradtman 301 West 16tgh Street Falls City, Nebraska had McCoy Roofing of Omaha replace the roof on my house and garage and put on new gutters due to hail damage April 2024. They gave me the most updated backing, waterproofing and shingles available and let me choose the color of my choosing. Chad Wilson was the person I dealt with and he was the most courteous person to all involved and answered all my questions, and told me ahead of time what would be happening and how and why. I would highly recommend both Chad and McCoy Roofing to do the replacement roofing and any new roofing they would need to have done to all my friends and brother and his friends in Omaha to be sure and call McCoy Roofing. I would actually give them a 5 star plus rating for going over and beyond.

We will never work with McCoy again. From the very beginning we had problems. From lack of communication to failure to provide the documentation to the insurance company, to the service advisor originally assigned to the account lying about tile availability. Then when we asked to talk to a senior manager or the company leadership about the issues we were ignored and sent to a new advisor. Once they did finally get their act together, it was almost December and too late to repair the roof. It wasn't until late April that they contacted us by email and advised that they were coming to repair the roof. By that time it was almost 10 months since the date of claim. The issue was not with our insurance company but with McCoy stating their lawyers needed to be involved in order to process the claim with our insurance company.

While or roof was finally repaired, they went after our insurance company for more money that their incompetent initial advisor didn't bill. We will never do business with them again.

I am amazed at the quality and customer service. I've always had problems in the past with 'companies' coming through after a storm. They always cut corners and did sub-par work. McCoy is local, Austin is great and always kept constant communication. I'll never again have a pass through sales person do my roof again. McCoy is incredible.

Fantastic service and genuine people. Travis from McCoy Roofing came out to repair my flue cap and inspect some previous work within 24 hours of my call. He was able to quickly diagnose, fix, and provide a report on what was done. I can't recommend McCoy Roofing enough!

After the June hailstorm of last year, we talked to different folks who were using McCoy roofing for their evaluation of their roofs. We gave them a call, they came out and looked at the roof and had also arranged to have the Insurance adjuster there as well to keep things moving. They walked around the house, they got on the roof and accessed the damage to the roof. John S. was a great help and answered all of our questions. Replacing neighbor’s roof…. Trash is everywhere in our yard. Literally everywhere!!! Blowing across the property two to three property over also. The guy in charge took my neighbor around his house through our property to look at the roof. Laughing at all the mess on our side! Incredibly disrespectful!! This is insane!! Wildlife is running from the debris flying passed them. Oh and the roofers like to hoot and holler at my wife when she went out there each time! Ya not to thrilled with this company!! So if you have neighbors in a 10 acre radius. Maybe choose someone else!!! They have no respect!!

Dillon from McCoy roofing evaluated our damage from the 2024 hailstorm, He gave us recommendations and worked with our insurance to get our claim approved. He then insured that the repair contractors did their work correctly.

Back in the summer when that huge storm with straight line winds came through, we had a massive tree fall on our house and damage our roof. We were in a bit of pinch to try and get everything repaired and McCoy Roofing came in clutch with us. They were punctual, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. Plus, there was no fighting with insurance on anything - super easy and streamlined and if we ever need roof work done again, we will be coming back to McCoy. I wasn't going to leave a review because I don't like to be negative but I keep getting texts to leave a review so here we are. I had my roof replaced and the first wind storm ripped off a few shingles and the repair was to nail through the top of the shingles and seal the nail heads with silicone. The first time it rained heavily the water shot right off the roof, missing the corners of the gutters because the roofers left too much metal exposed on the flashing in the valleys. The fix was to install gutter diffusers in the corners, it works but the wind still traps leaves under the shingles in the fall. Not much to say other than that.

We had a great experience working with McCoy roofing. McCoy replaced our roof, window wraps and gutters. Austin Wells was our project manager and he made the experience hassle free. He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely use them in the future and we highly recommend McCoy especially if you are lucky enough to have Austin as your project manager.

Excellent customer service. From the time I called to initiate the call to their office to have our roof inspected. They worked with the insurance inspector during the that phase. Quick and timely replacement of the shingles and related equipment during the replacement process. They insured the yard was cleaned up after the job was completed. Excellent service and we will be using them to replace our rain gutters later this year.

Absolutely would recommend McCoy Roofing to anyone. We worked directly with Austin Wells, who was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Austin would always be available to answer questions, lay out options, and explain next steps. The whole experience was streamlined as much as possible. After a tornado there was a lot of work but they did a fantastic job and made the whole process smooth and painless and we have a beautiful roof.

These reviews are mostly broad, non-specific praise. You are asked to sign THE contract THE day they look at your roof-a carbon copy thats all but unreadable & THE BACK is the entire contract (I never thought to turn the yellow paper OVER)- 100% in favor of McCoy-all fine print. Did you have an open roof w 8 hours w no one on crew that the spoke English? I believe a "Project Manager" is a trained sales person w the ability to climb a ladder & knows probably a decent amt about roofs & maximizing an insurance claim. Poor communication as to timelines. Months go by not hearing from them. The crew- ie the men on the roof doing the WORK are incredibly agile, tough & possess stamina like Ive never seen- I did not think to ask if these men were employees? ie w benefits- I think not. I was told by the person, according to his name, picture & title on their website the Ops Manager, that he was "inspecting" my reroof as he was McCoys "Quality Control Manager"- he came over to look at bent AC condenser & dangling shingle. Now in all fairness, neither one of these issues were any big deal but I just don't like to be lied to and makes you wonder what else are they lying about? What if you have a warranty issue? Website says they have TWO "Warranty Specialists". Final invoice has zero detail as to amt for labor and materials. A consumer is at a real disadvantage when they make an insurance claim-& most are clueless about the anatomy of a roof. Watched many You Tubes- how could my modest homes' roof cost $30K? Yep, for an asphalt IR, GR 4 shingle reroof. I don't know how top 4 states for hail damage- Nebraska, Ks, Ok, Tx can sustain affordable homeowners insurance. Somebody is making a killing. I hope it was the crew doing all the work- they deserve 5 stars.

I needed a new roof after both of the crazy storms. I reached out to Adam at McCoy Roofing. He is very prompt in responding and worked together with my insurance company.
