McCafferty Contracting built a new screened in deck with roof which connected to our existing older open deck area. The new deck was also for a hot tub and needed to have quality construction for that purpose. From reviewing design options to materials suggestions and throughout the construction process Jim was great to work with. Jim and Jason started with digging deep holes for solid cement footings to hold the weight (no shortcuts) and the deck and room were built with precision, care and attention to aesthetics. A fabulous mix of top quality and friendly/personal attention to details--definitely will call them again for future projects on the horizon!

McCaffertey Contracting did an amazing job on our remodel. We gutted our main level and changed our galley kitchen to an open concept. Every evening the work area was extremely clean, the subcontractors were very professional & Jimmy helped us through all of the decision making and design options. Would definitely recommend!

McCafferty Contracting is amazing! Jim is very responsive and did all the leg work to get us the lowest prices for our remodel. We bought a house built in 1980 and Jim did the initial walk through, quoted, and stuck to all the numbers we talked about. The project started as just a kitchen remodel and updating the main floor to an open floor plan. We thought he did such a good job that we added new wood flooring in the home, a master bathroom remodel, and the laundry room also! We will continue to utilize his services for any upgrade we want. His work is high quality and the attention to detail is the cherry on top of a big project. Highly recommend for any remodel project!

Jimmy and his guys remodeled our kitchen and bath. Both rooms were outdated, and we had extensive carpentry, plumbing and electrical work done. What work Jim didn’t do, he connected us with other businesses, and coordinated the overall project so it could proceed as plan. We get nothing but compliments on our house now!

Jimmy and his team helped us with a sunroom installation among other home improvement projects. Jimmy worked with us to create a realistic budget and helped us stick with it. He did beautiful work and got the project done in a timely manner. Jim and his crew did an awesome job from start to finish. They installed a 640 sq ft garage for us and did not cut any corners. Pulled all the permits and helped us achieve approval from the village. Almost daily communication until the project was done.

Our building inspector told us that this was one of the best constructed buildings he has seen in 35 years on the job. I would recommend them to anyone.
