Working with Max was a joy he is easy to talk to and everything he said he would was done they shingled house and unattached garage in one day!!
The clean up was awesome as well Thank you MC property and Maintenance!!!!!

I ordered the new garage door, and paid for half of the total cost, and the door plus accessories were here 3 weeks later. I had previously purchased the garage door opener, which they also installed for me.The installation was set up for the very next day. I am very pleased with my new garage door & opener. The crew who installed it were very polite & professional. I had to come home from work to give them access to the garage, then got to go back to work, while they installed everything. I got home from work just as they were tidying up and doing the final touches. I am quite pleased with how they cleaned up, and didn't leave a mess for me. Everyone that I spoke with over the phone was very courteous as well. I highly recommend MC Property & Maintenance LLC out of Stanley, North Dakota.

Max and his team were awesome. They installed two garage doors and two openers. They were fast, efficient, and friendly, and all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend, and would definitely use them in the future should the need arise.

Max and Courtney run a great maintenance business. I had our garage doors lubed and adjusted. While here they also fixed a few other issues with them and did a great job to get them working perfectly! Great communication with me before, during, and after they were here. Highly recommend!

They fixed our garage door on our shop, the service was great, prompt , friendly. They brought all the supplies to fix it in one day! In our rural area we usually have to wait weeks to have someone repair items, but they responded quickly! We highly recommend MC Property and Maintenance!

I had two garage doors one with two springs and one with one spring. All three springs were broken. They carry parts on the truck. He made everything work like it should. I’m happy camper. He’s half the price of minot even the mileage. Does quality work has plenty of equipment to tackle any kind of job. Looks like highly recommended good attitude.and great work !
