What a great experience. From the bid, to the work being done. Everything was done promptly, and explained every step of the process. Plus the call back when the work was completed to see how was the project and if everything was done to satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

Scott was so helpful in getting our flooded basement back in shape after our sump pump went out. They were able to come out late on a weekend to remove all the water and get everything dried out! They were also super helpful in the remodeling process as well. Highly recommend!

Timely, efficient, affordable, tidy. Everything you could want in a handyman! I'll add an unexpected endorsement that might not mean much to anyone else but here goes. The day I scheduled an estimate, I was meeting Scott at the property. I was fumbling with the keys when he arrived and rather than walk up to me and introduce himself he waited (off the porch a good 10ish feet away) for me to notice him and then introduced himself and verifired who I was and then asked if I was ready. I feel like that was SUCH a respectful and self-aware decision on his part. I'm not a nervous person, but if you're a single lady meeting a male contractor at a vacant house *shrugs*...never too much caution. Even if Scott hadn't been friendly and knowledgeable with great availability, that initial face-to-face meeting sealed the deal for me. I look forward to working with Maxx Restoration again in the future.
