I needed an exterior and interior water damage home repair. Eric at Maximus was responsive and communicative during the project which was completed well and in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and would definitely call them again!

Eric replaced our roof in 2020 and did a fantastic job. We were concerned we might have had a problem after a recent heavy rain/high crosswinds event. Eric came out at our request and did a thorough inspection. He was able to reassure us that we had no damage. We really appreciated the customer service!

I met owner Eric, through a family friend. I’d just moved into the area from NV, so I asked him to estimate the painting of my new, all white interior home. Having lived in the desert for the past few years, I was desperate for color in my life! Eric, Kevin and team did a great job! They were responsive, helpful with painting and wainscoting tips, and very neat while doing my 5-day job.

Eric really went above and beyond for our family. A tree hit the corner of our house, essentially destroying our master bathroom. Through assisting us navigate the insurance process, ensuring that we received proper compensation for our damages, providing us with design ideas for the rebuild, maintaining an unmatched quality of work, and giving us no shortage of communication throughout their entire project and beyond, his team was able complete a massive project in months less time than other bids we received at the outset.

My wife was pregnant with our 5th child during the renovation, adding an even tighter deadline to the project. Eric remained committed to finishing everything before the big day, which I'm happy to report completed with days to spare. Would definitely use his team again for similar projects both residential and insurance related.

Eric and his team have done several jobs at my own home and rental properties. They did 3 new roofs, interior and exterior painting and caulking inside and out. Very professional, arrived on time, cleaned up each night and even brought me lunch one day! Prices very competitive and always available for questions. Highly recommend!

I hired Maximus GC to remove and haul away our backyard deck which was in disrepair and becoming hazardous to walk on. I am extremely satisfied with their work. The previous owner of the house improperly installed the deck which made this demo job very technical. They were able to execute the demolition without damaging the house. They were also efficient and cost effect. I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

I’ve had Maximus Const. on multiple remodels on multiple properties and have been pleased and impressed with the quality and execution of work. Eric has always been upfront with expectations and variable costs with potential underlying unseen factors. He’s replaced several roofs as will as multiple in home repairs and remodels. I hired Maximus GC for a complete home renovation. I am extremely happy with the work performed and pricing. Scope of work included a complete kitchen and bath remodel, ceiling and wall repair, opening a hallway wall, rerouting air ducts, plumbing and electrical, new drywall, installing new doors, trim, and baseboards, and a new roof. The owner is responsive, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and they completed the work in a quick efficient manner. Highly recommend this company.

Maximus crew was on the roof by 7:30 a.m. and was finished and cleaning up by 1:30 p.m. The crew were together well and I was pleased with their work. Also thank you to the owner Eric for extra TLC on my chimney cover and cap thanks.

Maximus did a great job on my mother-in-laws home. The roof is beautiful! Eric the owner was on the job site everyday. He answered all her calls and explained exactly what they would do during the construction process. They used a Presidential GAF shingle which is thicker and requires more time to install correctly. They kept the area around the home as tidy as they could . Upon completion Eric power washed the decks , walkways and driveway. My in-law highly recommend Maximus General Contracting if you are in the need of a new roof.

I was recommended to Maximus by my insurance company, American Family. I knew there were a lot of roofing chasers, as I like to call them, and didn’t want to get hire somebody who wasn’t looking out for my best interests as homeowner. I called American Family and they gave me Eric’s name. They said he was local, was great to work with and would take good care of us. He was very thorough with showing me roofing and gutter guard options. He gave me houses to drive by and gave me his recommendation on what roof he thought would look the best and be the best for our house, but theft that option up to us. He sat down with me and went over the insurance portion, which was helpful. He was professional and very responsive. I am extremely happy with the job he and his workers did on everything from the new roof, to new downspouts, gutters and gutter guards. I would recommend him to others. In fact, I have already done so. He’s an honest contractor, which aren’t always easy to find.

The supply chain delays of 2020 into 2021 (due to pandemic) made the roofing job drag out a bit, but the Owner of Maximus, Eric, kept us informed all along the way, and did what he could to move things along. The crew that installed the new roof did it in one long day, in very hot summer weather -- good people. Eric did a great deal of the work with the insurance company, and we're very happy with our new, beautiful roof.

I just had a new roof put on by Maximus General Contractors and I was 100% satisfied. Eric Huntsucker was a pleasure to work with! He recommended a color of shingles for my house and they were perfect, they really made the house POP! I arrived at the house after work at 3:40 and the crew was done with the roof and was finishing clean up. Maximus beat another quote we had by about $2,400. Eric and his crew were very fast and efficient. He also thoroughly educated me and explained what was causing the water stains on our ceiling. After he finished the work, he showed me everything he did and has followed up with me almost everyday. Couldn’t recommend Maximus enough!

Eric Hunsucker was incredible. What a great service he provided to us in a quick and professional manner. He provided us pictures of the damage and also post completion as we are unable to access the area he provided repairs. Eric went above and beyond what is normally expected with his daily communications to us on the process of our loss mitigation.

We are very happy with the work performed by Maximus to replace our roof, trim, and siding. It was a very difficult job given our older house, but the attention to detail and quality of finished work was superb. The owner was on-site every day and was very quick to adapt to requests over the course of the renovation. We would absolutely recommend Eric for any exterior house projects!

The short story is, although I was happy with the roofing and siding, the fascia wrap is falling off the house and the owner of Maximus won’t fix it. He has verbally promised me four times that he will take care of it, but he does not show up, nor does he return my calls. After almost 3 months, I’ve given up on him, and I am forced to pay another contractor to fix his work. This is after spending over $20,000 with his company.

Owner was on site daily to ensure progress. He notified me early when he recognized the need for additional repairs. Highly recommend.

Eric did excellent work at my home. He rearranged his other jobs to accommodate a tight project deadline for me. He was mindful of my budget in completing the work and his worker displayed great craftsmanship in building a new deck railing and repairing several pieces of cedar siding. The work was done timely, on budget, and with no mess left behind. Thank you, Eric! We plan to use Maximus Contracting for all of our future home repair needs.

I first hired Maximus General Contracting on the rec. of my neighbor to install a new roof in spring 2017. The work was excellent & the workers were great.Because they did such a good job, I hired them to paint the exterior of my house (a pretty big job). & repair my deck. I would (& will) hire them again in a second. Everything was done top notch. The owner was great about getting back to me regarding my questions & concerns.
