I couldn't be more pleased with Max Estimates! From Tyler’s initial inspection to the final inspection. The cost was very reasonable with no hidden fees, considering the amount and quality of work performed by the skilled crew. Not only that they started the project on time, they also finished the project on time and made sure the work was done properly. The crew kept my property clean and picked up all the debris. I recommend Max Estimates to anyone in need of roofing services. They are trustworthy, professional and do a great job!

Tyler was absolutely amazing on managing and negotiating my insurance estimates, I am an independent self-employed Roofing project manager and she has helped me negotiate numerous deals from coverage of only $2000 to well over $14,000, I would highly recommend him for every Roofing estimate needs, he’s also extremely knowledgeable in many fields and Will be able to answer almost any question on the top of his head and if he does not he is honest enough to tell you that he doesn’t, but will find the answer for you ASAP, I would recommend him to anybody and everybody.

This review is for work done on a new build home bathroom flood that involved insurance.

Tyler is a one-of-a-kind. He’s thoughtful, professional, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough! He knows the in’s and out’s, what to look for, and give you information to be able to make a well informed decision. He is also efficient. We had another estimator that came to do the same work - they came up with wildly inaccurate numbers, took much more time to complete the work, and were not helpful in the process.

Additionally, Tyler was able to both provide recommendations for contractors and to help us with the back and forth between our insurance. He knows the construction side, the remediation/remodel/repair, and insurance sides. I don’t think you will get that anywhere else! It proved invaluable in this entire process!

His numbers, estimates and measurements were spot on! This saved us tremendous time, energy and headache. He was also able to provide assistance with supplemental work - additional work discovered after the initial estimate - that can be found by contractors once work begins.

We were devastated as this flood happened right before Christmas and was grey (dirty) water which essentially ruined everything it touched. Everything was restored even better than the original builder built it. The flood covered our downstairs bathroom, casita & casita livingroom, two hallways, a formal room, an understairs closet, butler pantry and into the kitchen.

Using Tyler and his company you will get help, service and support that is: reliable, professional, consistent, honest, trustworthy, dependable and helpful! I won’t use another company and Tyler will always be my first go to for any projects now!
