3D Roofing

I had some roof tile damage that happened over the weekend. When I called hunter, he came over same day to give me quote on the repair. He fixed the tiles that could be salvaged and ordered replacements for the damaged tiles right away. Every other company I called, took my number down and said they would call me later to see if they had time. Hunter answered while he was driving, pulled over and took my call which was amazing. He also checked in on my neighbor that had some damage as well and helped them too. He and his team were professional, fast and so helpful. I highly recommend him and his team.

First of all, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I called and left a voicemail for Hunter on a Friday, he called me back 30 minutes later and was at our house to look at our roof 2 hours later the same day! We had some tiles that lifted that he inspected for us and also walked out entire roof! He was super knowledgeable and friendly! He answered all the questions I had and was very easy to talk to! He found a few cracked tiles on our roof and got in touch with the tile company we have our warranty through the same day! He got back to me the next day with an update that he would have the tiles on Monday and can be back out Monday or Tuesday to install them for us! I have never had such quick service before and Hunter was awesome! He will for sure be getting all of our roofing referrals from here on out!

Over the past few years, we’ve been slowly remodeling our home. We’ve worked with all kinds of construction workers, contractors and builders. I put up my own Christmas lights this winter and cracked a few tiles on the roof. I was recommended to 3D Roofing by a friend. Hunter replied the same day to the voicemail I left and came out to our house the following day for a free inspection. His estimate was easy to understand and a great market value! He spent some time finding tiles that matched what we already had because the company that made our tiles went out of business 10+ years ago. Hunter included some repair work that was needed in the pricing. The team at 3D roofing worked around our busy day as we were in and out of our driveway and garage. They cleaned up great! While they were on the roof they saved me from cracking more tiles by taking my Christmas lights down too! I would definitely recommend them for any roof work or repairs!

I had a recurring leak in my solar tube that Hunter finally fixed. He even came out one night in the rain and put a tarp on the roof to help mitigate the issue temporarily until he could fix it. He’s unbelievably kind and professional, and very reliable. Highly recommended!

Hands down BEST company around to work with! We had an issue with a leak in our porch roof and Hunter, the owner came and got on the roof in 100 degree heat and was able to find the issue within 10mins. He took a video so he could show us on the ground! He sent a quote later that day and had workers to us the next day! It’s unnerving sometimes trying to find a reputable company to do work on your biggest asset that will make you feel confident, valued and not treat you unfairly. 3D is that diamond in the rough! We are selling our home and the inspector said we needed to fix a few tiles. One company wanted to charge us for an inspection even though we had documentation of the issues. Another wanted to charge us $300 per tile. Hunter over at 3D was amazing. Came over a few days after we called and fixed every issue in no time at all. Great attention to detail and amazing service. This is the type of company you refer your friends and family to.

3D Roofing did a great job on my roof repair! Hunter came at the scheduled time, climbed up on my steep roof, figured out the problem, shared his extensive roofing knowledge to fix my unique situation and gave me a reasonable quote. Then with in a week his crew showed up on time and completed the job in 5 hours! I was amazed. The best part was how well they cleaned up! I could hardly tell they had been there. We had slight wind damage to our roof after a micro burst. Hunter came out same day and was very accommodating. We had nine tiles crack and the repair cost was nominal. He came out same day to review the damage, and the next day the tiles were fixed with matching tiles.

Hunter Mcbride and 3D roofing are the very best!!! We were in the middle of a home addition and he inspected our current roof, and did our new roof. In the middle of doing the new roof, a huge storm blew in. It was late at night (10pm), and it was leaking into our home. Hunter noticing the storm, immediately thought of us, and texted us to check how it was doing. Told him it was leaking and he came over RIGHT THEN and fixed it. He is very responsive, and very professional. I have referred people over to him, and will continue to do so! Everyone should use 3D roofing for all their roofing needs.

They were over SAME DAY to fix my flashing and gave my roof a great once over in preparations of listing it for sale. This was the worst experience we have had working with a contractor. 3D Roofing and the owner Hunter McBride were unreliable and unprofessional. The things they attempted to do, they did very poorly and resulted in more work. We didn’t have any leaks but we wanted to replace proactively our roof underlayment and have long term warranty. During the project there were multiple no-shows without any warning and explanations. 3D Roofing obviously was working on several projects at the same time with no available people to handle it, constantly dragging the deadlines. They did unbelievably sloppy and messy work, broke our garage ceiling, damaged the garage door and gutters, broke excessive number of tiles. We had to hire a new roofing contractor to clean up their mess and complete the roof replacement. We are also looking to take further actions against 3D Roofing LLC.

Hunter and his team are the dream team. I sent him a message at 11am to ask for an estimate on some roofing issues. He was out to the house by 11:45am and up on the roof fixing the areas of concern. He's professional, knowledgeable, and fair. You won't regret working with him.

Hunter and his team cleaned up after each day they worked on our 2 story house. They added bird stop trim along our tile roof edges to stop birds from nesting that we didn't have before, thank you! I think it looks better than before.

He also gave us a 30 product warranty and 20 year workmanship warranty that are transferable. We had a lot of damage from a storm. Had a few other companies come out also. Hunter from 3D was the only one who actually got up on the roof to inspect it and tarp the damage so no more water came in. Hunter got the quote to us fast. We had some minor roof tile damage from a monsoon storm on a Friday. I searched local roofing companies and reached out to 3D Roofing over the weekend via e-mail, not expecting a response until the following week. Hunter from 3D Roofing contacted me by phone almost immediately and scheduled a roof inspection Monday morning. Hunter showed up on time and gave me a very fair price to repair the minor damage, which was completed a couple days later! Unlike most roofing companies, 3D Roofing does not gouge you with a minimum charge. I highly recommend Hunter and 3D Roofing.

We had just moved into a new build home in Gateway Quarter Queen Creek and had some damaged roof tiles just above our garage. I had posted the problem I had on Facebook and was referred to 3D Roofing based on their exceptional work and service. Hunter contacted me within an hour and said he would swing by the next day to take a look at our roof. He was right on time and advised me that he had the same tiles in stock at his warehouse and would be able to replace the tiles with ease. He came by the following day and replaced all the broken tiles within 30 minutes. On top of the excellent service and communication, he did all the work at no charge. My jaw hit the ground when asked him how much I owed him, and he said “nothing, just glad to help you and your family out.” Hunter is a real good guy, and runs a great honest company.
