Called Good Times after a recommendation from a co-worker. We had a wet patch on our ceiling in the garage. I pulled down the drywall myself and saw that I had a leak from the upstairs bathroom. Called around 3pm on a Friday and Michael, their rep, was at my house before 5. He quickly took some readings in the bathroom and then downstairs in the garage. Luckily I avoided a major problem by catching the leak early. I quickly received a thorough quote that clearly identified the costs and I approved the work and Michael was back at my house the next morning (Saturday!!) and treated the area to stop mold growth and set up a dehumidifier and some fans. Michael was great to work with and was always professional. I would call Good Times again if I had another unfortunate instance like this again.

The guys at Good Times Restoration were incredible to work with. Jared and Rubin made the incredibly stressful process of water mitigation less overwhelming and scary. They are professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to help us. Jared even came to meet us with our insurance claims adjuster when State Farm wasn't going to cover the restoration/damage and was in our corner fighting to help us get covered. And it worked!
