I rarely post feedbacks, but Chris from AZ Pristine Roofing totally deserves a shout out. We called Pristine as we discovered our patio roof leaks, and we needed a quick fix. Chris offered us several options...two permanent and one temporary. We chose the temporary fix, which will last until this fall when we will be in a better position to have Pristine's crew replace the house and patio roofs. We knew the roofs were soon in need of replacement. Then Chris climbed up on the roof and made the repair. In just minutes Chris was finished and the leak was repaired. We were so worried that we would not be offered a temporary repair. Chris made it possible to avoid damage to our patio ceiling, and bought us a little more time. He exceeded our expectations and we thank him so much for his service. Now my 82-year old husband does not have to climb up on the roof to make that repair. See you in the fall Pristine.

Pristine Roofing replaced a number of cracked and chipped roof tiles for us. Chris showed us both the photos of the problem tiles and , after finishing, the photos of the replaced tiles. I hired Pristine roofing for a complete removal and install of a new roof on my home in the fall of 2021. The original roof consisted of 15 pound felt and asphalt shingles and cement tile. They replaced everything and did a very good job however, for some reason, the asphalt shingles underneath the HVAC unit Started to buckle in 2024. Chris, the owner came out the next day inspected and agreed immediately that something had gone wrong and he had his crew out within two days without any squabbling and took care of the problem. I could tell Chris is proud of his company and the work they do. It was a pleasure doing business with someone who stands by their work. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to replace or do work on their roof.

Amazing job. Chris is very responsive and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his service. Our experience with Arizona Pristine Roofing was great. They handled everything with the insurance and made the process stress free for us.

Long story short we had micro burst that took out our tile roof. We had estimates from a couple other companies before Chris came out to give us his estimate. Unlike everyone else Chris walked us through the process on what would happen with the repair and how he will deal with insurance. The part where he sold us on his service is where he took the time to patch and seal our damage roof to prevent any water damage that may occur from being exposed. There was a good amount of rain that was forecast for that week. It rained for a couple of nights and we did not have any issues. It was nice to one less thing to stress about.

His team did an amazing job on the repairs. They covered up areas around my house to ensure that no damages would happen around my house as they were in the demo phase of the repair. After the repairs were completed they did an amazing job cleaning up. About week after the repairs we got an alert on our camera and saw he came by to look at the roof. He followed up with a text just to see if everything was good to go.

I don’t ever want to have anything like this happen to us again but if it does happen again and I need roofing work done, I will know who to call.

Arizona Pristine Roofing was able to work with my insurance company and get my entire roof replaced. Another roofing company tried, but was unable to provide adequate information and was denied. Chris handled all the details from start to finish. His team tore off the old roof and reshingled it all in one day @ 112 degrees. I highly recommend this company to everyone for any roofing needs. From start to finish top notch service from Chris and Jazz at Arizona Pristine Roofing. We had some tiles blow off during a recent storm and I didn’t have time to go out and track down the tiles and make the repairs. I called and spoke with Jazz in the office and was informed someone would be out to check on it the next day. Chris (GM) came out the very next day and had a look. We were on the schedule and had the repairs done the same week! Even for such a small job these guys went out of their way to take care of us and get us taken care of and even fixed a few other things while they were at it at no extra charge. Anyone who lives in AZ knows that the winds can wreak havoc on a home, especially a roof. Chris came out within a day of the event, assessed the damage, and took the time to explain the techniques commonly used to construct roofs in AZ, in addition to the work that needed to be done. At no point during this exchange did my family and I ever feel like we were being sold a service we didn't need. True to his word, a team member was at my house the following week, and within hours repaired the damage. The team member, Luis, was friendly, and took the time to explain the work, and photographed the roof when it was done. Finally, there was a slight issue with a single roof tile not falling flush with the others; Chris, without hesitation, came by himself the very next day to make the adjustment. All in all, the service was great, the staff was nice, and easy to work with; we would absolutely do business with them again, but hopefully the winds stay calm, and we wont have to anytime soon. :)

Sooo happy not to have to worry about leaks anymore. Arizona Pristine Roofing was professional and fast. Our 70s home roof was replaced in two days at a great price. Chris and Jazz Muzio (owners) are very down-to earth and make us feel like one of the family - present at the job site both before, during and after work was done.

Flat roof, peaked shingle roof and facia was all replaced and several pieces of old and decayed sheet wood was installed.

Nothing but great things to say about Arizona Pristine Roofing. Not being from the area I looked up roofing companies on the internet. I came across Arizona Pristine Roofing and had them bid on my reroofing project based on the reviews I read. They were very easy to work with but even better they were the lowest bid I received. I usually stay clear of the lowest bid but I’m glad I did not this time. Chris & Jazz were very easy to work with. Chris went above and beyond on the job site and at the end of the project he took extra time making sure I was completely satisfied. I attached a couple photos of their work. We had a great experience with Arizona Pristine! When we started, there was several weeks of rainy weather and the company kept us in the loop with when they could start, how long the process would take, and what was expected. I had never dealt with roof replacements/ construction work like this, and Chris and Jazlyn answered all my questions in a quick and thoughtful manner. Their prices were great and they even encouraged a review of other companies offers to see where they could help us out. Each day they did thorough clean up before they left, ensuring it was safe for me and my dogs to go outside. they completed all new underlayment on my 1600. Sq ft home and patio, plus wood replacement on my patio fascia in three days! The end results are great. I have already recommended them to friends and family, and will definitely be using them for all my roofing needs!

Arizona Pristine Roofing is the real deal! After calling multiple roofing companies to come out and do some repair work on my roof from recent wind storms, I was turned down because the job was too small. Not Arizona Pristine Roofing! They were willing to help out! They do have a minimum service fee which is to be understood, but I'll take that over arrogant companies who think they are better than and too good for the customer.

I had made the call yesterday, and they had someone at my house today! When their repair person showed up, they were courteous, polite, and eager to get my roof repaired. You know, I had a neighbor ask me why did I not just do the job myself. Well, frankly because I have zero expertise in that line of work. I wanted the job to be done correctly. Not only was it done correctly and in a timely manner, but the repair person showed me why the failure occurred. The nails the builder had used were too short.

The repair person also did a brief look over of my roof. He did find some left over roof tiles laying around from when I had new build warranty work done, as well as an area where pigeons could become a problem.

If you are in the market for some roof repairs, look no further. When and if situations arise that require a roofing company, I without a doubt will use them again.

Was given a time between 10 and noon for appointment, also received a text stating they would be here within 45 minutes the day of the appointment. Service was very good and the tech listen to every thing I had to say. The inspection went well with the tech finding some minor problems and I will have them come back to fix. They did a great job repairing the tiled part of our roof and replacing the flat part of the roof on the house and on the garage. They were damaged by a severe hail storm. We had someone who worked as a roofer in the past check it out after they finished and he said the work was beautiful.

It was extremely difficult to get the insurance company to cover more than just the replacement of the tiles. Chris said to hang in there and eventually he was able to get the full replacement of the flat roofs for the house and garage. It was a lot of work to convince them but he persisted.

So we are very happy that we went with Arizona Pristine Roofing. They hung in there with us and did excellent work.

Arizona Pristine roofing called me back within 25 minutes of leaving a message stating I needed help with my roof. Then Chris came out that same day. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about his job. He saved us on so many levels but the biggest one was we didn't have a roof leak. Our insurance company sent a professional before Chris came and he stated yes roof leaking but didn't even check our AC drip system. So Chris listened to us and search for structure wood damage of a leaky roof and found nothing. We no longer had an insurance claim not to mention a deductible of $1000. We had a home warranty claim with an $85 service fee. Chris was honest and I offered drinking water and snacks but he had some in his truck. Although we could not give Arizona Pristine roofing and Chris our business, I will think of them every time anything comes up with our roof while living here in our home. I will share my experience and give my recommendation to anyone looking for a great roofing company. Also the office was extremely friendly and very helpful.

They were fantastic! Came out the same day I called to look at my roof (it was a holiday) and they got me on the schedule quickly! Showed up when they said they would and got my roof fixed. I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Don't even bother. We contacted this company after a rain storm. They came out and inspected the roof and left an estimate to repair it. They told me to contact our insurance company and they would come out at the same time as the insurance company inspector so that they could fight for us. After we scheduled an appointment, they all of a sudden stopped returning any of the messages we left. I left 3 messages letting them know when the appointment was, trying to get them to be at my house at the same time as the insurance company. Crickets! Very unprofessional! Will never recommend to anyone. Also, the estimate was very high.

Arizona Pristine Roofing is the best roofing company in town! We had multiple roofing companies come out for inspections and none of them were willing to go the extra mile like Arizona Pristine did! Alexus and JJ were the ones who handled our inspection when insurance sent an adjuster. We had thundstorm damage due from high winds and they made sure insurance covered us, as they should. Pristine Roofing was very responsive and their quote was thousands lower than competitors using the same product. They did a fantastic job and the communication was great. Chris went above and beyond searching the valley for a pallet of our tile so we would not have to use a different product that would have been unsightly. I highly recommend.

Monsoon 2022 did a good amount of damage to my roof. We also had major water damage to the fascia on one side of the house due to a past bad roofing job. Chris was great to work with as we negotiated a reasonable price to complete the entire project. His crew was efficient and completed the whole project and cleaned up in one day.

I had called another roofing company after a high wind storm. A Rep. came out and gave us a huge estimate. Never once encouraged us to contact insurance. The AZ Pristine Roofing team are professional and timely. Chris was our "roof lawyer"; he was there for the claims adjuster and fought on our behalf for full coverage. He was also very easy to get ahold of. He picked up on the spot and answered all of my concerns about the roof. I'm glad I went with their choice of contractor, as our first choice quoted us double the cost and tried to say "good luck finding a better quote". We sure did. Chris came out and was very professional. He did a water test on the roof and mentioned something I could do that might help the leak that was easy for me to try, if not he will come and replace the surface where it was leaking. They did not charge for the trip. This is what businesses should be like. Thinking of the customers best interest! I was really impressed with the old fashioned professionalism.

ARIZONA PRISTINE ROOFING saved my sanity!
I needed a dryer vent cap. Mine was broken open, and rats were coming in my house.
I probably called 8 roofing companies. I heard.. "We can get to it in a month"
"We can get to it, but we have a $1000 minimum"
and my favorite..."We can get to it, in 3 to 4 weeks, and it will be $950" which is both late AND expensive.
ARIZONA PRISTINE ROOFING has a $250 minimum, which is completely reasonable, AND they were able to make me an appointment for just 3 days out. Thank Heaven!
To add to how great they are, I got a call, and they came a whole day early because they were going to be in my hood. I call that serendipity.
Now I can sleep at night knowing that the rat highway is sealed off, and Chris and crew have earned my respect and my future business.

We need need some minor roof repairs and tried a few roofing companies and didn’t get even a callback. We found Arizona Pristine Roofing on a google search and they actually answered the call and quickly set up an appointment to make the needed repairs.
